Just in case you all missed this information.
I came here for information on this spell, see up top?
And somewhere near the beginning of this thread anything but information on this spell has been posted.

I half expected to find the recipe for someones mom's meatloaf in here, but alas, no luck there either.

Could we get some more information that actually pertains to this spell in here?

Old database error, you see it on spell descriptions occasionally. They obviously were talking about different spells, you didn't need to stupidly insult people.

Umm, you can't. Notice the part in the description where it says wizard and enchanter spell.
Did I miss something??

Our druid loving friend Nebolith (see below) is sad that 'we can't get a druid quality dot for undead.'

Well my friend I am no expert on Tree Hugger D.O.T spells vs Undead.

But I do know the CLERIC D.O.T can do 150hp damage PER TICK ( 6 seconds )x 5 ticks ( 30seconds ) = OUCH THAT HURTS !

I dont see thoes UNDEAD BAD GUYS yelling OUCH when a tree hugger drops the hurt over time on them. Then again maybe the druid is O.O.M from trying to do my job healing and he came up short when it came time to do his D.O.T duty.

Sit down and med Tree Hugger. Let us masters of undeath show ya how it is done :)

I have cracked the code on where to buy this spell. Ok, there is no code but I have figured it out anyway.

The spell is not called Fetter but rather "Immobolize".

Fetter is a wizard only spell. Immobolize is from what I can remember a Enc, Cleric, Shammy, Necro, Mage etc spell.

It is the level 58 root spell and costs 80 mana not 75 to cast.

It is bought in OT by one of the evil vendors. I can't remember the name but it looked like a Shammy class that was selling it. I had a hunch it was sold there so I took my Necro to find out.

Excuse me, but you're totally wrong. Immobilize is a totally different spell and it's lvl 39 for Wizards. Check the spell parser, they are two very different spells. Immobilize costs more mana, has a refreash delay, and only lasts 1/3 as long.

Please don't post moronic information.

Are you refering to the lvl 39 spell Immobilize?
Shaman and clerics also get this spell.

No longer scribable

In the past, this was sold on the wizard vendor and listed as wizard only, but enchanters could scribe the spell anyway. This is no longer the case. "Your deity/class/race cannot scribe this spell" message occurs when trying to scribe the spell now. There is no enchanter version of Fetter sold on the vendors. Apparently, this spell is no longer available for enchanters.

I just bought this spell. It leaves turning of the unnatural out in the cold. I can bring down a blue tottering gorilla in BW with four of these and a few minutes of time. It would take forever using turning of the unnatural.
