This spell is absolutely AMAZING. Why SoE decided to give us a chain-castable nuke is beyond me. Great for draining cleric mobs' CH mana if you don't have reliable stun procs...Ranger Mana Burn ftw.

I am a lvl 74 Ranger and this is what this spell does for me. Mine has a cast time of 0.5 and almost an instant recast. This only cost me 382 mana and can be chain cast. Good for when I am soloing and want to beat something down fast. Each part can be resisted and I have not seen both resisted at the same time. Does not mean it won't happen just haven't seen it yet. All in all a nice nuke to solo with when hate is not really an issue. Have not tried it in a group situation to see how the hate stacks up.

I just got an exceptional heal from casting this, of 1pt. :)
The resist check of this spell is wrong.If you cast this on something,it will hit the thing twice.One is fire-based and the other is cold-based.Both have no resist modification,so this will be resisted frequently if no Debuffer around.Though its still very good in solo.This can make you a little wizard,use all of your mana and arrow to kill one mob,sit and AFK 3 mins,back for another.Better and slow-killing root-shooting.

Spell Effect: Burns your target's skin with summer's dew, doing between 632 and 632 damage. The summer's dew carries with it a splashback that can do additional cold damage to your target. Enemies find this spell particularly infuriating.
Basically this spell is 2 nukes. The first portion is a fire based nuke for 632. If the fire nuke lands, the target is then struck by a cold based nuke for slighlty more than the fire portion (its not listed on the spell info, but mine were landing for 750ish). Both portions of this nuke can crit. Also, this spell also adds a good chunk of hate, so use it wisely.
