I believe this AA allows you to gain 10 ATK over your cap per rank. Total gain from 5 ranks of Enhanced Aggression should therefore be +50 ATK (provided you have gear/buffs that push you over the 250 base cap). Next in this line is the TSS AA "Rage of Serpent Spine" which grants up to an additional +50 ATK.
