Touch of the Cursed

I recently started up an sk, got him up to the point where I can swarm in pofire at 82 and have been working on different aa's to try to make him better at swarming. I currently have this skill at level 12 so I should be tapping for 385 if I read correctly, but I haven't been able to discern if this is working when I riposte. I was wondering if anyone knew before I start logging and having to sift through the logs to figure it out.
