The Recipe posted with fine parchment is correct not the runic parchment
just did combine tonight and got the spell

What it should be and what it is are two different things. Can someone verify that this is the correct recipe, and if not, please provide the correct recipe with its trivial?
I can confirm that changing the parchment to Runic Parchment does NOT work. I would have concern, however, that this makes a cleric spell. Quill of the Coercer should make an Enchanter spell - for the Cleric recipe, it should be Quill of the Archon. But, again, what it should be and what it is are not the same thing, and I currently lack a Fine Parchment to test it. When I get one, I will let you know.
