I'm very confident that the place to farm Essence of Wind is the elemental isle in Twilight Sea. I'm equally confident you aint gonna get your windstones there. Yes, they do fall.I got one in about 9 complete kills of the island's habitues.

If buying everything in the bazaar, it will cost aboout 230pp to produce. Need 2 Windstones at around 80pp each = 1 Crushed Windstone. Essence of Wind runs about 50pp. The cheapest component is the Vial of Clear Mana at around 20pp. (Prices for Rodcet Bazaar)

Well atm on Ayonae Ro the Windstones got for at least 100p if not more ... most of the time around 120p-150p...
