Wu's Fighting Cloak  

There is a loom in the bazaar in the far north end where very few traders ever set up shop. That should be easy to use except for the lag in the zone. There is usually a loom in every city in the game.

Anybody know what sewing kit is available that can be used to make these? The item count is nine (9) and the only sewing kit with over 8 slots is the Half Elf racial kit that is hand made by a half elf and, supposedly, only usable by wood elves. The Deluxe Kit that was made during some long ago forgotten patch was 10 slot, but those are few and far between.
