Indeed, it's from the next expansion, Call of the Forsaken.
Cfoxxx has most the information on this. There is a camp in the North in the section just west of Lady Lendiniara. Then there is another camp that also will spawn the Named for this mob to the East. It is southward on the map, it is the furthest East you can go in the zone. Pop the Egg sacks as well. I think they act as traps. They didn't seem to spawn when I used my pet to break them open.

The best place I found is in Etherene Tainted West Karana. There is a camp with several an ursarachnid. Also several a spider egg sac. If you break the sacs it spawns 1-2 of the ursarachnid. You can get about 15 kills per spawn cycle.
