I got the Elemental Rage quest, then immediately told the Tactician "necromancers" and he gave me this quest too.

He's found at /loc 265, -15, 1 (just down the ramp extending out of the temple). Pre-Requisites for Requesting: - You can say the request text without completing his first task ("Elemental Rage"); he just won't prompt you for it Say "necromancers" to request the task. At the end of Tactician Sodut's previous kill task, you saw: Tactician Sodut says 'Well done, _____! There are now far fewer elementals on the rampage. Although I fear it may not matter if we can't find a way to fix the [real problem].' You say, 'Hail, Tactician Sodut' Tactician Sodut says 'Back for more _____? If you're not doing anything useful, there's still plenty of [snakes] to deal with. Neither would I turn away offers of further [help] with the elementals.' You say, 'What real problem?' Tactician Sodut says 'Don't play coy _____. You can't have failed to notice the city dome crumbling around us. I don't pretend to understand how it could have happened, but some magical force has fractured the dome. If Head Mage Antius can't find a way to fix it, we're all doomed. Go and find him inside the temple if you think you're some kind of magical savant. My place is here making sure those coniving [snakes] don't find a way of slithering past our defenses.' You say, 'Snakes?' Tactician Sodut says 'Indeed, the shissar prowl our gates even now amidst this destruction. I'd bet a whole chest of orum that they have something to do with the cracking dome. I'm sure it won't be long before they come in force. Little do they know our mages are the only thing standing between them and the final cold embrace of Prexus. Thinning their numbers may have bought us some time, but as long as those [necromancers] are out there, they'll keep coming back.' You say, 'Necromancers?' Tactician Sodut says 'If you think they're ugly alive _____, you should see them dead. And they're just as angry. The water might have well drowned them all if it weren't for the necros and their dark enchantments. Well _____, do you think you're up for it? Cut off the serpent's head and watch the body squirm and die?' You have been assigned the task 'Bury the Head'. As if the elementals weren't enough to deal with, the shissar have decided to make their move while the Combine are reeling. Sodut's guards will never make any headway with the shissar necromancers reanimating their dead. Find the necromancers and send them into a permanent afterlife. Kill shissar necromancers 0/5 (Katta Castrum: Deluge) Kill other shissar 0/15 (Katta Castrum: Deluge) Note: Necromancers seem to share spawns with other types, so this may require some extra killing. Speak with Tactician Sodut 0/1 (Katta Castrum: Deluge) You say, 'Hail, Tactician Sodut' Tactician Sodut says 'Fine work, _____. Those snakes will think twice now before assaulting the temple. The praetorians can take it from here. The mages will be needing all the help they can get now. That blonde high elf went racing by here mere moments ago with a terror hidden behind her eyes. Anything that could trouble the chosen of Tunare so is surely well beyond my humble means. Find them both inside the temple, _____, and perhaps your faculties will prove up to the task.'
