From Zam... In Castle Mistmoore (revamp): Has ~7 million hitpoints; casts "Kiss of Death" every 20 seconds; casts "Mocking Reflection" every 30 seconds. If you are above 50% health at the time "Kiss of Deaths" wears off, you are death touched ("Certain Death").

The previous post is correct. These are not ground spawns as the descriptions here on Zam say.
The items used for this collection are dropped (rarely it seems) from vampires inside the castle in Mistmoore. and aren't ground spawns like the other 3 collector's achievements in Castle Mistmoore are.
