Legendary Mercenary Contracts

| See Hadya Ware (map) or Iauld Atiqa (map) in the Plane of Knowledge. They are Erudite pirates found at -65, -5, -155 (just west of the Crescent Reach portal stone) and act as regular mercenary liaisons.
If you've found a mercenary loot card from a Legends of Norrath deck with the effect "Activate Contract", right-click the item. You can do the same if you've acquired a special mercenary contract through other means (beta testing, expansion pre-orders, etc.). This flags you to hire a mercenary of the given type from one of these two NPCs. If you have no such flags, these NPCs will simply refuse to interact with you. Frozen Skeleton of the Cursed is also a "Merc Liaison - Special) on the evil side of PoK.
It needs to be added as one of the NPC's with merc options.

As for the notes next to The Clockwork and Woeful Mercs...
Clockwork is from Mechamatic Blueprint From Underfoot Expansion? It just showed up in my claim window years ago. 2010 I think? It appears as a claim with a count of 999 units
Woeful Mercenary is from the Contract of The Chosen (obtained by purchasing Collector's or Premium edition of The Broken Mirror expansion)

After claiming the Terrifying contract (right clicking it) you may hire it from Hadya Ware.
After claiming some of the legendary mercs from /claim and clicking them, neither Hayda or Iauld will talk to my lvl 78 toon. Is there a lvl or zone achievement you have to be at?
My lvl 78 toon just claimed a contract of the Lizardman, Contract of the Fallen and Contract of the Apparational Alaran. After clicking the scrolls, it says to speak to either Hadya Ware or Iauld Atiqa to finish up the paperwork. However they won't speak to me. Is there a certain level you have to be to get the mercs from the NPC's?
you just have to right click them to buy a mercenary
Lizardman mercenaries are obtained from Iauld Atiqa (after you've claimed a Contract of the Lizardman).

Hey guys I just came back to the game and I notice all these people with the red skelly merc I never got one in my claims How do i get one?? my brother n law has one and my husband got 2 of them on 2 different accounts that i know of i never got one they look kool I always order all the exspansions before they are released and some of the merc listed here were from pre orders and i don't think i have alot of them can you pr eorder the exspansions they are from after already ordering them to get the mercs your missing or no ?
The bloodbone skeleton mercenary is a claim item released somewhere around the Veil of Alaris or Rain of Fear expansions. It is only claimable from a premium account. Previously, free-to-play accounts could use it, but it would merely grant a human merc. I've seen comments to the effect that this is no longer true, but I haven't verified this. The item which appears in your claims is the somewhat plain-sounding "Mercenary Contract." To get the merc, you have to go to Hadya Ware in PoK.
Anyone know where you get the Bixie mercenary that looks like the bixies from stonehive? I've seen them in the guild lobby and their name is " A Hired Bixie".
I found it, The Bixe model mercenaries may be purchased from the Halfling Mercenary Liasons in POK ( Guardian Jerbabi or Guardian Thaowyn) both findable via ctrl-f. These bixies are only available as damage casters.

The Gargoyle, Goblinoid, Mystical, Rotting, and Terrifying mercenaries are handled by Hadya Ware.

Animated armor contracts are Hayda, just got some
Hadya Ware also handles the Gnome Pirate Contract. my favorite merc contract because he is nice and compact and wear's a cute little dew-rag and teeny little breeches.
Contract of the Fighter
Contract of the Mender
Contract of the Sorcerer
Contract of the Protector
These four are unique. I don't know the criteria/creation dates etc but most contract will come with one, and only one, item in /claim called "Mercenary Contract".
When claimed it brings up a reward window and you select one of the above 4 contracts. Now...when you use any of the contracts, if you are a Bronze or Silver member it will simply give you a human mercenary, free of purchase cost, of the merc type you chose. If you are a Gold member (or on Test) at the time of claiming, it will give you a Bloodbone Skeleton mercenary of the merc type that you chose free of purchase cost AND flag that character (and only that character) to be able to buy the Bloodbone mercenaries of all 4 merc types (tank/cleric/caster dps/melee dps) from Hadya Ware at any time.
So these 4 technically fall under this as well, but they have certain criteria you must meet in order for them to work. Beyond just claiming the contract like the rest of the special mercs.

From Hayda, I can get Alaran, Aviak, Banshee, Discord (bazu, ikaav, etc.), clockwork, skeletal knight, swinetor, and werewolf mercenaries.
From Iauld - nothing at this point.
