Align Yourself with Kithicor's Armies

This is not a task. By following this information, you can boost your faction with Bloody Kithicor's Army of Light and Army of Obliteration.
For the Army of Light: Speak with Scout Talendien in Bloody Kithicor (located next to the port-in point) to obtain an Army of Light Pendant, which boosts your faction with Firiona Vie's forces (and allowing you to request tasks). You say, 'Hail, Scout Talendien' Scout Talendien says 'Well met. If you honor yourself to serve the Army of Light in this, the eve of the greatest battle that e'er shook Norrath, proceed to the west along the road, and find the warcamp of the Dragonheart Regiment. There, speak with Supplymaster Kibrek, who can certainly use a hand in gathering supplies for the warhost of Firiona Vie. If you [will] agree to do this, I will grant you an item of recognition.' You say, 'I will agree to this' Scout Talendien says 'Farewell; I'll keep watch on this corner of the forest while you make the journey to our camps. Show your Army of Light pendant; it will mark you as an ally.' Receive Army of Light Pendant. Equip this to boost your faction level with Army of Light NPCs. For the Army of Obliteration: Speak with Scout Zialdiruun in Bloody Kithicor (located next to the port-in point) to obtain an Army of Obliteration Medallion, which boosts your faction with Lanys T`Vyl's forces (and allows you to request tasks). You say, 'Hail, Scout Zialdiruun' Scout Zialdiruun says ''Aelen thaengiren', what a miserable sight you are. All clad in fanciful motley, and likely not even a clue where you are. Well, know that you're talking to the lead scout of Lanys T'Vyl's Army of Obliteration, and this quiet forest will soon be spoiled with the clanging of weapons and the screams of dying men and women. The great cleansing has begun, and the Teir`Dal shall conquer all of Norrath. If you wish to live to see this happy outcome, you'll [need] to tell me now.' You say, 'I need to tell you?' Scout Zialdiruun says 'Yes, though we are poised to capture the entire continent, our victory is far from certain. Show your Army of Destruction medallion and be welcome within the camps of the 'Thaulen Teir'Duuren', the great Army of Obliteration; go east along the main road and find the ogre Saleb, he has need of adventuresome laborers.' Receive Army of Obliteration Medallion. Equip this to boost your faction level with Army of Obliteration NPCs. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The pendent from the "Army of Light" quest must be worn for the faction increase.
Do I have to keep these? I need bank space.

To get the aug, do u need to do both sides? get blood from each camp, good and evil?

Yes.
7 blood from light side and combine.
7 blood from dark side and combine.
8 blood from Commonlands and combine.
Combine the results together for aug.

To receive your Army of Obliteration Medallion or you Army of Light Pendant you simply speak with the corresponding scout at the portal from The Void into Bloddy Kithicor.

you need to have the Army of Light Pendant on or you get
You say, 'Hail, Supplymaster Kibrek'
Supplymaster Kibrek says 'Is that your BREATH..or did something die in here..now go away!'
with it on you get

Supplymaster Kibrek says 'Well, then, you're throwing in your lot with the good folks of Antonica, trying to fend off the Dark Elves led by Lanys T'Vyl. We need every strong hand to hold them back, they've already struck as far as Rivervale and are intent on pressing through to Highpass and beyond. If we can [stop] them, perhaps there will still be hope.'
Say stop
Supplymaster Kibrek says 'Yes, we must do everything we can to hold Kithicor Forest. If the Army of Light is defeated, the Teir'Dal will extend their influence to every corner of Antonica and beyond. Every knee would bend to a Dark Elf master, and that`s not something I'll abide. Will you [help] us?'
Say help
Supplymaster Kibrek says 'Well, then, that is good to hear, but you'll need to gain our trust before we put you into the real action. Prove your trustworthiness by gathering some of the supplies we need to be ready for battle. It's very simple. Just go over to the Old Brewer's House to the northeast, in the camp of the Qeynos Gnollslayers, and look for a supply wagon; it should have all the supplies you need to gather.'
walk around the camp seams to be a different spot every time I did it with 4 different toons then you will get task updated.
