This task begins with Nedelcu who may be found at -400,-2700 (just south of the riverbank).
You say, 'Hail Nedelcu' Nedelcu says 'Why Hello. Oh you poor thing, you are land bound. Even that floaty magic thing you do must be so unsatisfying, the way you bob up and down and up and down and up and down and up and down and. . . oh, is that making you [dizzy]?' You say, 'I am dizzy.' Nedelcu says 'Oh well I am very sorry! I know what will cheer you up! You can help me play some [tricks] on those stiff and rigid Oreads. They are just so. . . stubborn, like the rocks they are made of. And they totally lack a sense of humor!' You say, 'What tricks?' Nedelcu says 'Oh Goody! You will help us play some tricks on those stoic Oreads.' A task window pops up with two tasks. Select "Make Gravel." 1. Break some of the stones that the Oread consider so precious 0/4 (Goru'kar Mesa) Pick up a small rock called Polished Lake Stone from the water surrounding the Oread island. Equip it in your primary slot and click rocks to break them. This is tradeable to all members in your group. NOTE: Rocks will stand out better if you uncheck the Option to display ground flora. 2. Speak with Nedelcu 0/1 (Goru'kar Mesa) You say, 'Hail, Nedelcu' Nedelcu says 'So fun! You made all their big rocks into little pieces! I bet steam is coming from their ears! Don't worry about any that you may have killed. You can't really kill us Nymphs. Since we are part of Tunare we are eternal!' You gain experience!! Pebble is a small grey object at loc -327.76, -705.25, -18.90 -- I saw two of them both close to that /loc

If you're in windows mode, you will need to enabled windowed gamma, and increase it drastically. It looks like **** but you will be able to see the ground spawn.
important safety tip....cant break the rocks while invis :)
If one person loots the rock they can pass it on to other people to use

No it can not it is "No Drop" if you have a party or boxing, each char must find their own rock an it's not easy to see, look close!

Found it by swimming along the bottom. The Location is -327.76, -705.25, -18.90. It looks like a small, gray pebble. If you swim in the river east towards the island, take a right and it's close to the turn towards the right or south-side of the river bank. I didn't check to see if there were others.
This quest can be started at level 45 and above.
The Polished Lake stone can be found under water around the island of the Oread.
The rocks that need to be broke can be found on the island. Only 1 rock will be up at a time. Once you break one, another will spawn nearby.
Be careful and do not break the rocks if a "Oread" is nearby or you may get attacked. They have a tiny aggro range.
At 45 my rogue got 2.5% xp per run. With a Shaman, about 2% per run at 45.
Each run took about 1 minute with levitate and SoW.

This quest does not have a minimum level of 75, I was able to receive it at a much lower level, probably 45.
The A Polished Lake Stone also spawns at N310, N672. Guess it can actually spawn anywhere underwater.

Find the A Polished Lake Stone at N110, N773, N14. You only need one. Put it in your primary slot and click on the littler rocks (not the big one in the middle) on the Oread's island. The stone stays in your primary slot when done. Once you click on 4 go back and hail Nedelcu. Hail Nedelcu again /say tricks, accept task, go break 4 rocks again, Repeat. I got noticeable exp at 71.

You equip it in you primary slot and click the smaller boulders around the Oread island to "smash" them.
