The Fabled Binden Concerrentia

This is the FABLED version of The Binden Concerrentia quest. It is only available during anniversary events.
You say, 'Hail, Elder Clinka' Elder Clinka says 'Why do you disturb my meditations? Do you come seeking the [Fabled Binden Concerrentia]?' You say, 'Fabled Binden Concerrentia?' Elder Clinka says 'Many of the minions of the most powerful gods have recently grown in power and influence, Vlada. I know not how long this influx of energy will last, but it may be a rare opportunity. Living [fragments] of these minions are purer and more powerful than ever before, and we could use them to infuse a clockwork talisman with incredible energy!' You say, 'Fragments?' Elder Clinka says 'If you acquire one each of these powerful elemental fragments - fire, water, air, and earth - you can use this specially prepared [container] to dissolve their essences into an existing [clockwork talisman] or Binden Concerrentia.' You say, 'A container?' Elder Clinka says 'There you are. Just add the four essences and a clockwork talisman or Binden Concerrentia, and the container will do the rest. Be careful! The formation of this new talisman will destroy any augments you have affixed. Make sure to remove them before you close the box!' Receive a Shining Lined Case. You say, 'What about the clockwork talisman?' Elder Clinka says 'If you are in search of a clockwork talisman, you may want to speak with Jimlok Keylifter. He is an avid fisherman and is usually found fishing off the platform of the nearby building. He will be sure to set you on your way!' If you do not have a regular "The Binden Concerrentia", you need to complete the original Clockwork Talisman quest from Jimlok, followed by the Powered Clockwork Talisman quest from Tabben Bromel. A Fabled Fragment of Earth drops from Fabled Earthcraft Assassin or Fabled Vekerchiki Warrior in the Plane of Earth. ANY MEPHIT MODEL mob in ANY PLANE is a potential PH for these Fabled mobs. I successfully combines the 4 fabled fragments in the case with my level 52 ranger today. I had saved the parts just as an experiment, and the combination does create The Fabled Binden Concerrentia even when the fable are not up - providing you have the container of course. One thing I was concerned about though, at level 52 I cannot use the clickie. I understand it says level 75 REQ on it, I was just wondering if it would be usable from inventory at a lower level. and it is not at 52. no great loss since I have tolans, it was an experiment.
The "Fabled Vekerchiki Warrior" does not have the Fabled tag. The only way to tell that it is the fabled version to drop the fabled piece is that it cons higher than the regular version (Light blue to 90 instead of grey)
When you do the Emperor Ssra Fabled Ring Quest, you don't have to do the regular key as well. I'm going to feedback that this quest should be do-able without doing the old Concertina as well.

The Fabled Binden Concerrentia can no longer be completed after the fabled event is over. I collected all the fabled pieces but Elder Clinka does not give out the shining lined case.

If you had the box as well as the Fabled items you collected it could have been done.
Just Completed for an Alt today. required items 4 fabled items and Box.

ROFL !! NOW i found out you needed the box? F'n great. guess i'll hold on to these fabled fragments for another 10 months. /finger Sony.
The Vekerchiki warriors don't have to be labelled as fabled.. if it's a vekerchiki warrior and high con (80sish) he's gonna drop it, even if his name doesn't say so.

Have gotten the pieces ( and the box ) on 14 charecters... and can confirm without a doubt that this quest can be completed AFTER fabled season is over.
I spent roughly 1 week collecting these Fabled pieces on 14 charecters of my own and about 16 other people in the guild.
Waited till after Fabled season was over and commenced to knocking out the the regular quest on all 14....
As of now, that quest is done. 14 times on my own charecters and as you can tell well past the time fableds were gone ( took this long due to about 4 months of not having a computer /shrug ) several of my toons can't even wear this as yet, however can still do the combines and such and have the Fabled Binden Concerrentia on them for when they meet appropriate level requirements.
For All those that love a good quest and a great reward... highly reccommend this one.

well of course it can be completed AFTER fabled if you collect the fabled pieces DURING fabled.

Make sure to get the Shining Lined Case and the 4 fabled drops before fabled are over. If needed you can get the Powered Clockwork Talisman AFTER Fabled have ended, and still do the combine for the Fabled
Also the last line on this quest say "ANY MEHPIT MODEL" it should be "ANY MEPHIT MODEL" :) a typo on my part :)
