    		 This task is given by Millick in the Rebel Brownie tunnel of the Steam Factory (location -33, 498).

    You say, 'Hail, Millick'

    Millick says 'I don't know how you people keep getting in here, but since you're here I have something for you to do. We have long been searching for a way to fight Meldrath on an equal footing and I believe I have hit on a way to do so. I asked myself. . . Self? What does Meldrath have that we don't? And the answer was [clockworks]!'

    You say, 'Clockworks?'

    Millick says 'That's how he manages to do all he does, those metal slaves of his. If we had those, we could fight back. After all, we may be small but that doesn't mean our clockworks would be! The problem I have in trying this is a lack of [parts]. I'm sure if I had all the parts I needed I could put together a working clockwork. I've been watching the engineers for days.'

    You say, 'Parts?'

    Millick says 'I've managed to find quite a few of them myself. I still need the metal rod thingy, the curly widget, and several of the holding fasteners. If you can find enough of these parts bring them to me and you'll see the wonders of my new creation!'

    Ok...if you go to the Steam Factory zone in area in Fort Mech, and you're facing the ramp up to the zone in, you will see a building to your right. BEHIND that building is a pipe, laying horizontal. You zone into the Steam Factory there as well and when you pop in, the quest NPC's and vendor (for spells) are right there. You can return to Fort Mech through the pipe as well. You may need to shrink though, but some classes can just duck down.
