This seems to be the beginning of a complex quest. At the end of the Princess Lenyaquest Tolon Nurbyte mentions something about a 'you might be worthy of the Silent Watch after all.' Ask him 'what is the silent watch?' and he says 'The Silent Watch was established in the early days of Felwithe. King Tearis Thex had many cruel deeds to do. The regular Paladins were too righteous to carry out any of the necessary missions and we dare not bring in the Feir'Dal, after all, some of the operations were against Kelethin. King Tearis formed our group. Koada'Dal not of prim and proper breeding. Now we act as a secret guard and report only to him. The princess Lenia quest was quite staightforward: 1.Visit Tearon in the left tower at the gate of highkeep 2.He gives you a bracer to give to the princess. 3.Give the bracer to the princess on the 4TH FLOOR! Not the one in the cell (she's a de necro in disguise). She can be located behind a picture at the end of a hall (you should go right through the picture into an area with a couple guards *note there is a secret entrence behind a picture with a door right when you go through: this isn't it) 4. Hail her and give her the bracer, she will leave. 5.Go to tearon again, and he will give you faction, exp. and a little money. This is when he tells you about the Silent watch I think. Unfortunately on the server Rallos Zek, the doors to the princess and Tearon are closed and will not open. (many believed it was too easy xp, didn't have to kill ANYTHING. (Rumors have it that the evil Princess drops a highelf mask of deception or whatever they call it. *but don't believe all you hear ;P

This is the start of the Paladin's Night Watch sheild Quest. It's a sheild/back slot item with like 10ac 10wisdom, I'm not 100% sure on the stats , but just look up the quest for it.

Im pretty sure that the king doesnt start the quest, if you hail Princess Lenia in highkeep she'll say something like, "I beleive a high elf named Tearon has something for me."

The high elven King Tearis Thex can not be found in the city of Felwithe unless there is a GM event going on there. The last time I saw him there was when the Princess Firiona Vie was returned from her imprisonment in Kunark. To be able to talk ti the King about the Silent Watch, you will have to be lucky enough to catch him there while there is an event happening.

This quest probably leads to the Shield of the Silent Watch quest which starts in Felwithe, It is a Pal Shield AC 10 +10 Wis

the Prinzess Lenya Quest _is_the_one_ for the shield. These words are said on completion of that quest, so it looks like it leads a bit further yet, for the shield sure is not the top of the flag.
