Gathering from the Goblins

Eliowil can be found in the Loping Plains in the Fang Breakers camp near the zone-in from the Steamfont Mountains.
You say, 'Hail, Eliowil' Eliowil says 'I have no time for chit-chat. I am Eliowil and I am in-charge of all of this camp's supplies. Unfortunately, those goblins have been coming over during the late hours and stealing them. If you don't mind a little hard [work] I would gladly pay you for your services, if you aren't interested, please move along.' You say, 'What work?' Eliowil says 'Good, good. The Drangol goblins are just past the fort to the north.' You have been assigned the task 'Gathering from the Goblins'. Eliowil has asked you to return some stolen supplies from the Drangol goblins that live beyond the fort to the north. Return to him with the supplies. Loot 10 Crates of Supplies from Drangol goblins 0/10 (Loping Plains) Deliver 10 Crates of Supplies to Eliowil 0/10 (Loping Plains) Eliowil says, "Thank you. We will not run out for a while again. Hopefully these attacks will subside as well." Reward: Experience (0.36 AAs at Level 85) Faction with Fang Breakers | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Door to the Drangol camp is at 865, -3135 in Loping Plains. Be prepared to clear the camp 4-5 times to finish the task. Respawn timer seems to be roughly 12 minutes.
xp reward is exactly 0.36aa at level 85 after xp bonus range.
Also gives a Runed Wereorc Skin - part of the orc illusion mask

Does any one know if u can pre loot the crates? or do u have to have the quest before they count?
When the task text says "Loot" you generally have to have the task in order to get credit.

About half an AA point
I do all three at the same time. The one where you kill 20 goblins (say 'alliance' to Junwin), the one where you loot 3 insignias and have to give them to prone orcs in 3 camps (say 'challenge' to Junwin - 2 turn-ins you can do invis if positioned properly. other you can kill 3 mobs and do turn in or pull 2 root them, root third and turn in) and this one. You will do the first one more often, but why not get more faction hits for doing same mobs.

Completed the kill 20 goblins twice now, one crate has dropped, so I'd say a lot less than 1/10.
Doing this in Nov 2015 and the drops are a lot better
Fight smarter not harder.

2023, back to garbage drop rate. What where the devs smoking this expansion?

The crates seem to drop 1/10. Good to do Fight or Flight faction quest at the same time.
