Marilena is one of the nymphs located by the willow tree in Goru`kar Mesa.
You say, 'Hail, Marilena' Marilena says 'Welcome to our swathel! Tunare smiles upon me this day, for I am still alive and well. This is significant in the face of the griffons and harpies, they are such a mean sort. Day in and day out they swoop down from the sky. We are nimble, but often we stand little chance if we're not paying attention. Would you help [protect] us?' You say, 'I will protect you' Negative response (low faction): Marilena says 'I'm afraid I have little to say to you. You certainly would seem like a willing sort.' Positive response (kindly+ faction): Marilena says 'You will not regret your decision. I will make it worth your while.' You have been assigned the task 'Pluck It'. Gather 8 sleek griffon feathers 0/8 (Gora'kur Mesa) These drop from griffon bloodtalons and young griffons outside the area around Blackfeather Roost. Hail Marilena at the Windwillow 0/1 (Goru`kar Mesa) You say, 'Hail, Marilena' Your task 'Pluck It!' has been updated. Tunare bless you! What a fine thing you have done. I dare say you've saved a sister or two. Your faction standing with Nymphs of the Windwillow got better. Your faction standing with Minohten got better. I seem to be able to get this with indifferent faction (level 51).

Ally faction, and shrouded down to level 50 to get tasks.

At level 95 I was unable to get the quest at warmly and shrouded to 55 (or 60, i forget). Got to ally and shrouded to 50 and it worked.
Not sure if this has been changed or is bugged.... I couldn't get it at kindly (got the message about seeming willing enough). I read somewhere it needed to be high kindly. Anyway, I am currently up to warmly and still can't get it. Trying to get to ally now but certainly something seems wrong.

so I will run more of their tasks then return to these.

I have a stack of seventeen (17) of the Sleek Griffon Feathers from my trip to the area for Drakken breath weapon level 45 (strengthen the blood #9). I got the quests afterward, including harpy one. When I tried to do hand-in she said she had no use for them. So get quest before you start hunting in the area, otherwise you get stack of em for nothing.
