Gracie F`Liler is found at location 235, 3220 (next to Fyrefly and Luminare Pasinia in the east wing of the "merchant building").
On Progression servers that have reverted the zone she is at -3315, 2639, in the bank. On regular Live servers you can use "Find" to get to the soulbinder in the area where all the good NPC's were moved You say, 'Hail, Gracie F`Liler' Gracie F`Liler says, 'It's so good to see new faces, not to mention more adventurers in the area. On some nights, the sounds that come from the nearby hills will scare even the hardiest of travelers. I volunteered in the name of the Keepers of the Art to help locate any [new spell scrolls] that might surface. Maybe you will have a successful journey and find some of these scrolls yourself.' You say, 'What new spell scrolls?' Gracie F`Liler says, 'I have recently come into possession of some of these scrolls. They seem to be very promising in adding to the strength of our occupation. Some more good news is that I have a few extra of these scrolls. Perhaps you might have or find an extra of your own and be willing to trade? In case you are interested, I am looking for the scrolls Theft of Thought, Color Slant, Cripple, and lastly Dementia. Bring me one of these and I'll make an even trade.' Upon handing Gracie one of the mentioned spells: Gracie F`Liler sats, 'Here is the scroll that I promised. We have both gained much knowledge today. I hope to business with you again soon. Farewell.' Way out of position according to previous posters. Had to bring druid on to track her for the enchanter. Is outside the "island", due south high along the wall.
A previous poster did indeed get lucky to get all 4 spells with only 4 turn ins, as it the reward is random, not a fixed cycle like, for example, the Omens rune spells.
Fortunately, I brought 7 trade-in spells with me, because it required all of them. I got Wake of Tranquility on the very last hand in, getting 3 copies of Clarity II, 2 copies of Recant Magic and 1 copy of Boon with the first 6. I thought I was going to have to farm more spells in Sebilis for this trade quest.
The quest works fine, and Gracie F`Liler is indeed located at +240, -3220 in Firiona Vie as stated. It's easy to get to her. Just take the PoK book to Firiona Vie (located in the neutral section of PoK), then exit the tunnels and head due east until you come to the island where all the good NPCs now reside. Gracie is standing in the corner of the south wing of the southernmost building.

I got Wake of Tranquility on the very last hand in, getting 3 copies of Clarity II, 2 copies of Recant Magic and 1 copy of Boon with the first 6. I did this yesterday as a 41 chanty. i took five spells, 2 theft of thought, 1 color slant, color slant, cripple,and a dementia. I gave them to her one at a time in the order that she asked for them. In return I received Clarity II, Boon of the clear mind, Wake of tanquility and Recant magic. Then i gave her the other Theft of thought and she gave me another Clarity II. I dont know if there is a set patern or if i just got lucky but it was worth the trip. I first went in with a group and went to the city, yes, the city is marked on the new updated downloaded maps, of course thinking that they were there just near the wall of the city, we ended up myself and the cleric dying. next me and cleric went i ended up dying. finally came back and solo'd it, I used invis and illusion air elemental and as soon as i came out of the tunnel hit find soulbinder and ran like hell. I had no problem after that.
Tried to find her today..she is not there at pos 240 neg 3220

Before trying to do this look in Abysmal sea some spells that use to be quest only can be found there.

The vendors are to the west of FV on the map looks like an Island conected by a corador go through the corador and outside they are hiding in the ruins
Not a bad post, all things considered, EXCEPT: it's EAST of FV, NOT West. If you can't read a map, try using your compass. Geez.

After seeing Theft of thought for sale for over 1k at the bazaar, my 55 cleric decided to try with a few copies of theft of thought and cripple. After turning in 5 spells i got it. Its Totally random!!!

Turned in 13 copies of Dementia.
Got back (in order) Boon of the Clear Mind (x5), Clarity II, Boon of the Clear Mind, Recent Magic, Clarity II, Recent Magic, Boon of the Clear Mind, Clarity II and finally Wake of Tranquility.
It seems that Boon was popular tonight. Also, this confirms no pattern.

Just a little info for what it's worth...
I turned in 16 spells just now. 4 Cripple, 4 Dementia, 3 Theft of Thought, and 5 Color Slant. Here are my results...
Received back 8 Recant Magic, 1 Boon of Clear Mind, 2 Wake of Tranquility, and 5 Clarity II...
From the 4 Cripple, I got back 3 Clarity II and 1 Recant Magic.
From the 4 Dementia, I got back 1 Wake of Tranquility, 1 Clarity II, 2 Recant Magic
From the 3 Theft of Thought, I got back 1 Wake of Tranquility, 1 Clarity II and 1 Recant Magic.
From the 5 Color Slant, I got back 1 Boon of Clear Mind and 4 Recant Magic.
I turned in one each at a time. The Color slant was the last ones I turned in and got back almost all Recant Magic. Not sure if that is accurate for everyone but just what I observed.
Oh, and this little lady is located South West of the Bank (bottom left as you look at the map) just before you cross the bridge to get to Pally GM (the building with the BIG statue). Hope this helps, if not...sorry to waste yur time : ) Good luck!!

Yes, but in computer programming terms... there is no such thing as absolutely "random"... finding trends, probabilities in even small sample sizes can help show what is more likely an outcome than others.

Speaking from some experience, Random Generators are not so random because they are fed a starting number with which they base the result... However that number is derived from the system date and time... Not which spells are handed in and in which order they are handed ... The data is a nice sampling of what could happen but thats all it is... It is nice to see that information though...

What am i doing wrong, I've turned in several scrolls and have always gotten recant magic in return. Even when I've turned in different spell scrolls one after other and results the same RECANT Magic? IM on torvo server, anyone else having the same luck? Just as a test I did the evil version, : ( and I got another Recant. If anyone is looking for that spell BTW I've sold them to the spell merchants in FV. Good Luck. Oh yes, wanted to mention on one visit to FV Gracie and pet were swimming in the waters close to her abode, I had to join her for a swim to do the turn in.

Everyone is tearing this spell up. This is the only pacify type spell available to clerics that will work on mobs over lvl 55 until lvl 62 when Pacification becomes available. And you can pacify a whole room in a dungeon with one cast. Next time you wanna rant about the value of this spell, talk to a level 58 cleric on pacify duty in an LDoN zone.

What? What Cleric spell could you possibly be talking about? This is an Enchanter quest page, the only four spells here are Enchanter spells.

Wake of Tranquility is a cleric spell too. You should really check your sources before you tell someone they're wrong about something you clearly don't know facts about.

I have turned in 12 spells now, and I still have not gotten Clarity II, I'm wondering if it even exists...
c2 exists cause i got like 4 of them and a recant magic i wanted the grp c1 and wake of tranquility..

DE ENC level 51. High-Elf Illusion is indifferent, Collaboration gets you to amiable.
There are NO faction hits for doing the quest here. (holding on to my good VS faction till I complete the parts of the epic that need it)
Turned in 5 Cripple spells I bought in the bazaar. (only needed Clarity 2, bought all the rest in the bazaar as well)
First turn in, got Clarity 2. Felt like an idiot.
But the math works out that the odds of NOT getting the 1 spell you are looking for are (3/4)^5 when doing 5 in a row. (Roughly 1 in 12 or about 6%)
So I go ahead and turn in the rest, for the spells to sell and for the very minor exp (didn't even move visibly but exp is exp)
I got one of each, and a second copy of Wake of Tranquility. *gasp*
Freaky.
Oh, Gracie's /loc is just about exactly neg 3500 by pos 3000. She's in the small (one room) hut north east of the Pally guild hall. (there are two small huts here, south one has dwarf in plate, north one has Gracie and her pet, dead give away she's an enchanter)

With the advent of the Bazaar I was able to buy all of these spells. I'm not complaining but these should have been made No Drop forcing us to adventure for them.

I turned in 3 scrolls and got all Wakes of Tranquility back. And that spell SUCKS. God. I'm not saying it's broken but that if you have bad luck YOU'RE SCREWED.

at last I found her. She is no roamer, she resides in a small hut, if you come out of the large building with the statue just turn left to find her.
And I got Wake of Tranquility :-(

Actually she is a roamer, i found her sitting in her little room with her butterfly and chanty pet on my first trip to her.But a hour or so later i came back to try my luck again and i was trackin her to get back to her hut cause i brought the druid and she was walking towards me and kept going she would cast some spell move cast again and move. I took off my invis i had on hailed her and she stopped right there for me to do my turn in's i kinda thought she was broken but nope just on a walk i guess.

Even if you already have it explain to the people attending that the spells are for a quest to get a new spell that you currently dont have yet. I'm sure whoever else is on the raid will be willing to let you have the spells since they go for about 50pp each in EC or more commonly in GD since thats where people go after velious raids to unload there loot right away.
