With the chieftains dead the primitive tribes should fall into disarray and chaos in a few short days. Their threat has been greatly diminished and should prove small challenge to the might of the Wraithguard.

This task begins with Wraithguard Sergeant Aerik in Valdeholm, left of the bridge by the last building, at -1925, +1240.
You say, 'Hail, Wraithguard Sergeant Aerik' Wraithguard Sergeant Aerik says, 'Come to capitalize on our misfortune have you? To be honest i don't like you outsiders much and would prefer you left well enough alone. However, I'm left with no options but to deal with you. If you're interested in actually being of some help I have a [chore] you could undertake for me.' You say, 'What chore?' Wraithguard Sergeant Aerik says, 'Long ago, befor the Shades appeareed, we had much easier lives. We had orcs, minotaurs, goblins, and gnolls working as servants for us and leaving us to more important tasks. However, with the appearance of the Shades the slaves saw an opportunity to escape and took it. Since then they have been a thorn in our side. Lately though they have been growing in power. With our forces focused on the Shades there has been little we could do to bring them back under control. There's once [way] you could help us though.' You say, 'What way' Wraithguard Sergeant Aerik says 'The organization that these races have been able to achieve lately is largely due to their chieftains. Somehow these chiefs have been able to hold their various tribes together and organize them beyond what they have managed befor. I'm certain if these chieftains were slain the races would fall into their infighting and traitorous ways again. Bring me their heads and i will see that you are rewarded.' You have been assigned the task 'The Tribal Chieftains'. The chieftains spawn in Icefall Glacier and The Steppes. Any of the Chieftains listed as Related Creatures counts. But also add Darkfell Chieftan Gliffy as one of the Related Creatures, he counts too. The listing of Chieftains is correct. The final step is the hail of the quest NPC at the end. Just cleaning up old quests in my manager and finished this one today.
The orc and kobold are in Icefall. The gnoll and goblin are in the Steppes.

I may be wrong but there are three different Goblin Chieftans Swiftear, Longtooth, and Rockbottom all with the Chieftan prefix of course that will give you credit. They are at the same loc. The small building with the the "Worn Jug" for charm quest.

The quest does not require you to loot anything, nor to turn in any heads (b/c the mobs do not drop anything). After you've killed the 4 chieftans, the only step is to hail Sergeant Aerik.
Killed 3 of these so far. There are no heads on the corpses, likely last step is just to go hail the NPC again.
