This is the final task of a series of five. Completing the first four tasks will flag you for raids offered by Sergeant Kazaar. This task is basically free experience and a connection to additional tasks offered in Direwind Cliffs.
Captain Zheren may be found at -1225, +620. You say, 'Hail, Captain Zheren' Captain Zheren says '______! Aren't you a sight for sore eyes! We set up this camp a few weeks ago to scout the lands controlled by Dyn`leth. We expected [opposition], but nothing like this.' You say, 'What opposition?' Captain Zheren says 'Dyn`leth's armies control almost every piece of land between the mines to the east and the temple to the north. We are vastly outnumbered. Any strength you can lend to our [cause] would be much appreciated.' You say, 'What cause?' Captain Zheren says 'We are the Crusade of the Scale! We will not rest until Dyn`leth is dead and the Scale of Veeshan has been reclaimed!' If you have previously completed "Dyn`leth's Mine".. You have been assigned the task 'The Direwind Front'. Zheren says, `We are indebted to you for your services to the Brotherhood of the Scale! We should be able to hold this position indefinitely thanks to your efforts.' `The time has come for you to fight Dyn`Leth himself. The road to Ashengate temple will be long and arduous, but you will have help. My son, a young soldier named Zryan, has moved ahead of this position to scout Dyn`Leth forces stationed along the Direwind Cliffs. I have not heard from him for several weeks and my fear for his safety grows with each passing day. Find my son. Join forces with him. And prepare for the assault on Dyn`Leth's armies.' Speak with Scout Zryan - Direwind Cliffs You say, 'Hail, Scout Zryan' Your task 'The Direwind Front' has been updated. Zryan says, 'My father finally sent reinforcements, did he? Very well, let's begin. Dyn`leth's armies keep the [approach] heavily guarded, but we may just have a chance.' Your faction standing with Crusade of the Scale got better. Your faction standing with Forces of Dyn'leth got worse. Your faction standing with Circle of the Crystalwing got better. You gain experience!! If you return to Sunderock Springs to speak to Captain Zheren... Captain Zheren says '____! Aren't you a sight for sore eyes! You are welcome to continue fighting the [opposition] in this region, but Scout Zryan has requested immediate assistance just North of here, in the Direwind Cliffs. Sergeant Kazzar is heading up an independent expedition as well. If you are interested, go speak with him.' At this juncture, you can choose to repeat the task "Scouting Sunderock".
