Norrath's Keepers: Best Laid Plans

It is a group mission (3-6 players) that begins with Kanetheus Forestwalker (click for map image) in the Norrath's Keepers camp of the Lavastorm Mountains. Pre-requisites for requesting: - Minimum Level 59 - Minimum "amiable" faction with Norrath's Keepers Hail him to get a quest selection window pop-up. You have been assigned the task 'Best Laid Plans'. We just discovered that someone from Lanys T'Vyl's camp is about to procure a detailed document about the temple from one of its workers. If Lanys wants this document, it must have some value and we ought to prevent her from acquiring it. It is up to you to infiltrate the temple, find this goblin worker, and get the document. Once you have it, deliver it to our contact who will be waiting for you in the temple. She will instruct you further. Note: This group mission scales to your group's level. The highest is 68+, outlined here. 
Touch the portal to Stillmoon Temple 0/1 (The Broodlands) The entrance will be marked on your compass (entered in the north-central part of the Broodlands, near the non-instanced entrance to Stillmoon Temple). Kill 1 Stillmoon plan keeper 0/1 Stillmoon Temple Head down the spiral staircase and to the sand area in the northeastern part of the zone. You'll find "Stillmoon plan keeper" (along with 2x "Stillmoon henchman") in the northeast room here. The henchman (mezzable/stunnable) each hit for a max ~900 and have ~45,000 hitpoints. The plan keeper hits a bit harder (flees at low health). Loot 1 Temple Plans from Stillmoon plan keeper 0/1 (Stillmoon Temple) Deliver 1 Temple Plans to Norraths Keepers contact 0/1 (Stillmoon Temple) Work your way back to the room east of the spiral staircase, and give the plans to the "Norraths Keeper contact", a female wood elf wearing plate armor. Kill 1 Dark Reign Contact 0/1 (Stillmoon Temple) Task Window Says: Great work. I'll take these plans back to the camp and we can begin to work on deciphering them immediately. Your job here is not yet complete, however. Still lurking about withing these walls is the force from Lanys' camp. As we shouldn't let Lanys know that we have plans, we need you to silence this force to cover up what you've accomplished here today. After you turn in the plans, a "Dark Reign Contact" spawns in the room upstairs (looks like a giant plus-sign on the map) along with 2x "Dark Reign assistant". The assistants are casters (stunnable/mezzable) and hit for a max ~900. The Contact is about the same difficulty. Kill the Contact to complete the mission: Many thanks to you. Your deeds today will help to ensure that Lanys' plans for the temple will be stopped. I could not be assigned this task with a group of two. This is probably a group task, requiring three to six peeps.
Celrak Blightblood offers this same-named task in the Dark Reign camp starting at level 59 (60, rounded up) with amiable faction.

The mobs in the Dark Reign version spawn in the same places. That is, the Dark Reign Contact spawns upstairs in the plus sign and the Norrath's Keepers Contact spawns in the room downstairs east of the stairwell. You have to go to them in the opposite order though.
One warning, the contacts really on their factions. So if you have people in your mission who are working on the opposite faction, they won't like the faction hit for killing the contact at the end.

I just did this and haven't done Emoush yet so can be done in tier 2 already.
