Event Coordinator Baublie Diggs may be found in the newbie area at +600, +135.

You say, 'Hail, Event Coordinator Baublie Diggs'

Event Coordinator Baublie Diggs says 'Are you interested in taking a [test] of your Tradeskill Ability?'

You say, 'What test?'

Event Coordinator Baublie Diggs says 'I can give you a test of your tradeskill abilities in any of eleven different tradeskills. I can test you on [alchemy], [baking], [brewing], [fletching], [jewelry] making, [poison] making, [pottery], [smithing], spell [research], [tailoring], or [tinkering].'

You say, 'Tailoring.'

She will assign you a task dependent on your skill. The levels appear to be Beginner (50-99), Apprentice (100-149), Freshman (150-199), Journeyman (200-249), Expert (250-299), Master (300).

You have been assigned the task 'Freshman Tailoring Test'.

Event Coordinator Baublie Diggs says 'Ok take this list, make the recipes on it, and give them to the Judge for Approval. Be sure to read all of the
rules.'

Rules:
Make all of the items on this list.
You may make them in any order you wish.
You may have friends help you with any part but the last step which creates the actual part on the list. This you must do yourself.
You may make the items in any order and turn them in to the Judge in any order that you wish.
The Judge will keep all items that she is given to defray the costs of the contest.
The Judge's decision is final.

Upon handing the last one into Judge Marion Teld'Mare you get:

Congratulations. You have passed the test. Please give this scorecard to the coordinator. Be sure to have two places available in your inventory because she will give you either one or two items as your prize.

You have been given: Freshman Tailor Scorecard

Give the scorecard to Baublie.

Event Coordinator Baublie Diggs says 'Congratulations! That was great work. This trophy is brand new and has yet to evolve. First take your trophy in either your left or right hand then take the certificate that I am also giving you and put it in the appropriate tradeskill container and your trophy will evolve to the proper level for the test you have taken.'

You receive the Beginner Tailor Trophy and a Freshman Tailor Certificate. Equip the trophy, then combine the certificate by itself in a sewing kit or loom and your trophy will evolve to a Freshman Tailor Trophy.

The trophies are evolving items that also evolve as you craft recipes within a certain non-trivial range (reportedly 100) above your current skill level. Once you pass into the next skill level bracket, the trophy should evolve soon afterward. The trophies can also summon weight-reducing bags like the older trophies. When you take these bags to Jolum in the Bazaar, you get an Essence, and can combine the Essence in a sewing kit to get a permanent weight-reducing bag specific to tailoring.

Led me initially to believe it would only accept tailoring items or that the WR would only apply to tailoring. But, they work for everything. It's just they have a lore group for permanent tailoring trophy bags. The summoned ones (temporary) are named artisan and have no lore group. So given one trophy, one can have the temporary and permanent one. One cannot have two permanent ones from the same tradeskill, not even if they are from different evolution stages.

The etched scale stock whip for this test has been replaced with 1 rough leather gorget template as of 2-18-08 when i took this trophy test. Not sure of exact date but i would guess it was when the tailoring was revamped. Course I didn't bother to look so now i have a 400pp piece of vendor fodder. I supposed I could have done a lot worse BAZ hopping.

In the last paragraph above it says to equip the trophy and then combine the certificate in a jeweler's kit. this is a tailoring trophy equip it in your primary and combine the certificate in you sewing kit/loom. If it was a brewing trophy the combine would be done in a brew barrel the only trophy combined in a jeweler's kit is of course the jeweler's trophy certifcate Have completed 5 of them on my artisan
