Black Nebulous Sapphire is the one for this quest. The regular Nebulous Sapphire is for the Monk quest.

Nebulous Sapphire doesn't work for this quest. I attempted to do this quest today and Enderbite wouldn't accept the Nebulous Sapphire, but she did accept the harpy statuette and adamantium earring.

Does a Black Nebulous Sapphire work? Never saw a normal Sapphire drop so I'm guessing this is the one needed, I might be wrong though.
