Strandar Pinemist is located at /loc 1322, 567 in the quest hall underneath island one.
You say, 'Hail, Strandar Pinemist' Strandar Pinemist says 'Greetings, young one. Are you a [child of the trees]?' You say, 'I am a child of the trees' Strandar Pinemist says 'Then you are welcome in my presence. I shall call forth some loyal children if you but speak the name. Will or Fenalla will serve you well.' You say, 'I choose Will.' Strandar Pinemist says 'Please read this tome. It will explain how Will Treewalker is able to assist. When you are finished, please return it to me. We have but a single copy of such a tome, for which a tree gave its life.' You receive a book called The Long Walk. Simply hand it back to Strandard to spawn Will. Strandar Pinemist says 'Welcome, Will Treewalker.' *Will Treewalker says 'I am Will and I am here to serve.' Strandar Pinemist says 'I am no longer needed and will take my leave.' Strandar despawns and Will Treewalker spawns next to him. He is loot-locked, hence the asterisk before his name. You say, 'Hail, *Will Treewalker' *Will Treewalker says 'Children of the trees, friend and protector of nature. We are brothers and sisters to the wolves and bears. The call of the Great Pine has filled your soul and you have found your way here to be tested. Are you ready to be tested?' You say, 'I am ready to be tested.' *Will Treewalker says 'The tests of old are difficult and dangerous, but the rewards for perseverance are great. I hold rewards for three tests. The test of the wolf, the test of the bear and the test of the tree.' You say, 'I choose the test of the wolf.' *Will Treewalker says, 'So you wish to take the test of the wolf, do you? Go forth unto the islands and find an azure tessera, black face paint, and a worn leather mask. Bring them back to me, but not until you have all three, and you shall be rewarded.' Azure Tessera can drop off any thunder spirit (except the princess) on the starting island. Black Face Paint drops off various mobs. Worn Leather Mask drops off Gorgalosk (named harpy). Hand him the three items. *Will Treewalker says, 'Take this mask, nature friend.' You gain experience! Reward(s): Drake-Hide Mask | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Ok, this was a little tricky... you have to say to Strandar Pinemist, " I choose to speak to Will Treewalker" and Strandar will give you a book, you read it, give it back, and Will Treewalker spawns, he will despawn immediately after you turn in, so be quick, not sure how long he stays, he was up for approx 3 min when I did my quest turn in. Great quest~

While helping in monk epic, I saw this drop. One of our druids has it, so it had to come from either the 1st or the second island.

Please people when you know that someone has been camping for a long time, don't pester them about when they are going to leave. Don't sit down next to them to "wait" until they are done. You might be waiting a long time and then the time it takes for you to complete your camp on top of that. The NPC will always respawn and will always be there. Just ask them kindly if they will send you a tell when they are done and 9 times out of 10 they will. These players are tired from camping that long of a period and quite understandably a little grouchy and become extremely nervous at the thought of someone possibly stealing their kill. So, be courteous.

Sitting in one spot for 13 hours is not a fun thing. And can say my nerves are more than racked when I see someone sitting there waiting along side me, though, it's not their camp to sit. I'm always more than happy to let someone know when I'm finished if they ask.

I've got the Worn Leather Mask and from what I can tell the tessera shouldn't be very rare. What about Black Face Paint? Does each of the zillion druids out there have the Worn Leather Mask or is it at least mildly rare? :)

The Worn Leather Mask Comes from the Gorgolask Island pretty rare drop off the Boss gorgolask in the temple structure on the island

I have the tessera and the facepaint...where did you get the mask at? I've been to Sky for 4 weeks now and not a one has dropped =( Tessera drops on the first isle (Thunder Spirits) and the Face Paint is from the Azerack Isle (imps)

actually the mask is the piece I am missing. The teressa is from the first isle off of the faries. the paint came from the azarak isle. where did you get the mask?
