Dropped by "a Lavaspinner" with a capital "L". Saw it on track, being different from the others I thought maybe it was a named. I found it at in game /loc 1618.98, -1248.63, 17.21 Slightly NW of Temple of Solusek Ro between 2 small pools/puddles of lava.
It was standing stationary then moved into a small puddle of Lava. As I type this it re-popped at the same spot. ~5 min respawn.
It dropped:
Exquisite Platinum Etched Rune
Lavaspinner Legs
Rough Silk
Nothing else.
Second time it dropped the same rune, legs, but sullied silk and silver earring

I do this sometimes while waiting for don group. The lavaspinners that count are called "a lavaspinner" nothing more they tend to be in the canyons north of the solro entrence but i have seen one wandering near the nectoulos zone line. All the other lavaspinners don't count

You can fight these Lavaspinners before level 20. After 20 they will be green.
