You say, 'What tiny invaders?' Warlord Zyzz says, 'The small scorpions have been turning up everywhere!! One can hardly sleep from thinking of the little monsters. Please crush as many as you can for the greater good. I will even pay a bounty for every four scorpion pincers you return.' Hand in 4 Scorpion Pincers. Warlord Zyzz says, 'Magnificent!! If you are a player who wanted to not do the tutorial and started in Cabilis, this is a worthwhile quest! Quite easy to do at level 4 as there are plenty of small scorpions about.

If you have trouble finding Warlord Zyzz, as he doesn't show on the Find window, as you exit the city into the Field of Bone, stop and turn slightly to the right. You should see him standing on a balcony in a building. Go into that building and climb the ramp to the second floor.

just did this quest with a lvl 2 iksar shaman. Exp is nice, and he does give a few coins.

When u get the Money it goes up to liek 1pp then drops back low and keeps doing it
I just started up an Iksar Shaman and I must say this quest gives out some good xp for low lvl. At level 5, the XP is still almost a half of a yell bub for each 4.

WHY won't he take Large Scorpion Pincers?? R they good for ANYthing else???
Large Scorpion Pincers can be combined in a bag from a Drill master in the Warriors guild to get a note for the Geozite Tool for the pike quests. I'm not sure if there's a money/faction reward.

Go get an enchanter and get this him/her to charm or bump your faction allot with a skilled enchanter to Project Illusion Iksar on you.

uhhhhh.... i dunno.
If you are so interested, why not do it and see for yourself? Also, I imagine it depends on what level you are when you start. Probly takes a lot more to go from 59 to 60 than it does to go from 1 to 2. :)

This quest is on the level with the famed Gnoll Fangs and Crushbone Belts. Except twice as simple, you don't even have to zone! Mediocre rewards, but the exp? Oh, the EXP! Great! I got my 4 Monk to 6 in about 2hours. Just kinda boring and monotonous... Lots of fun with a shaman tho...

I am a lvl 30 warrior in FoB I have handed in close to 30 stacks of chips to the trooper at the door and am still Kos to Crusaders and dubious to Merchants , I was amiable to troopers when I arrived in FoB and am now kindly..how many more stacks does it take before I am dubious to crusaders?

I ( a DE agnostic chanter) went from scowls to dubious with the Crusaders with 140 stacks (2800 total) of bone chips. However, 1 crusader, Quarg, is on 2 factions. He is also on the necro faction, and he can see thru illusions, until you gain a faction step (scowls to threaten) with Crusaders. Then he is amiable like other cursaders, when in illusion.
Crusader Quarg shares Scaled Mystic faction due to one of the shaman cudgel quests and has no relation to Brood of Kotiz. Got to dubious with my de sk with Crusader Bodli first and still had to hand in more with Quarg still being at threateningly. Once both were dubious I ventured into Cabilis and invis'd to con the bankers and went back out of range and dropped invis...still scowls and the necros were threateningly. I got totally different results with an agnostic warrior.
I've been told that you need t hand in like a 1000 or so stacks coz iksar hate all other races so much. but not too sure on that one

Crusaders are extremely hard to gain faction with. They only like Iksar Shadowkinghts and sometimes they wont even help iksars that arn't shawdowknights. So, it's gonna take you a while

Folks, Im A DE... necro level 40 at the time. I killed every scorpion in site... I didnt care what size or what type... Any of those pincers drop... he takes em... Any Stingers drop... off the larger scorpions... he takes em... Any of those pointy things of the PC sized scorpions... he takes em... AND the higher level scorpion thing you drop to the warlord... the larger the faction hit in the positive... Im now dubious to the crusaders... I go in and out of cabilis at will... taking screenshots next to ALL the OOBAA powaful iksars... All in all worth the work.

For any newbie Iksars out there...This is a very worthwhile quest. I have done it three or four times. Zyzz kicks down some good low level experience, and a few coins. Of course, at higher levels, I would reccommend selling them. Giving them to him net about 4 or 5 silver, selling them net that for each one, depending on your faction.

I did this quest last night and got from lvl 2 to 4 on my Monk.
He dose not give COINS.

The warlord is located in the big building to the right of the exit from cablis, on the second floor there is a balcony, you will find him there.

I have tried to do this quet twice and all I get from Zyzz is "What is this some kind of bribe" then he takes them away and I get nothing in return.. Why?

Ok so this quest gives crap money for the pincers, but the EXP is awesome for levels 1-6 and that was more important to me. If your a Got-a-zillion-plat-Twinked-up-the-wazu then you dont need the money i guess do you. For those of you like me who arent read on.....
For best results get bags ASAP, and fill them with nothing but pincers, kill the pups and beatles if your waiting for more scorps to spawn. Trade the pincers to the warlord, and watch the EXP fly! Take the crappy change you get for now, it will be of little consiquence later when you can hit the PIT anyway. This quest RULES for a shaman and necro, maybe a little boring for monk. NOTE: even after i hit lvl 6 i spent a little time and grabed like 16 pincers and hit the warlord.....EXP was still NICE.

I must say this is a very good quest. I started an Iksar Shaman. After the scorpions were black, level 2 or 3, don't remember exactly, that's what I hunted. Don't be afraid to have those annoying scaled wolf pups gang up on you. At least after level 2. That great Iksar regeneration rate will keep you alive. The scorpions are plentiful, usually 3 of 5 drop the pinchers. Once you get the money, get a bag! Or summon eight bags. You will level very quickly. But once you hit level 6, stop and sell those pinchers for 7 silver each. Seven sp is alot for a low level and you can afford to buy those spells and some armor.

Hehehehe. Experience can be found by killing any MOB. Money is much harder to come by than experience. SELL SELL SELL.

What kind of score do you need to get to raise it one level? which is the best quest for the crusaders? the legion seems pretty easy.

not sure of the quest, but I do know that the merchants will KOS. I have a Dark Elf Rogue in FoB and well I messed up once and learned the hard way =) hide & sneak RULES!
I heard, but havent gained enough faction yet, that you can kill Iksar bandits and gain faction enough to be cool with the merchants and guards OUTSIDE CALIBIS, can anyone confirm this for me?
