Torm Wenrar says 'Hail to you my friend! I am Torm Wenrar, proud warrior of the Draconic Loyalist Fellowship. The dragons and dragon-kin of Skyshrine have need of capable warriors to aid in the war with the giants of Kael Drakkel. Do not consider this a sign of weakness, even the most powerful beings benefit from having friends and allies. The Giants too have many beings in their service, Ogres, Trolls, and unfortunately even Northmen like myself have been hired into the service of the Kromzek. These mercenaries must be put down, perhaps if enough of them are slain, other sell swords would be deterred from seeking the employment of the Kromzek. The dragonkin have placed a [bounty] on the lives of the Kromzeks mercenaries, any aid you can provide to the Skyshrine would be well rewarded.' You say, 'What bounty?' Torm Wenrar says 'You shall be rewarded from Skyshrines treasure hordes for the Kromzek Mercenary Brooches of every three mercenaries in the Kromzeks employment you slay. If you manage to locate and slay the [mercenary captains], or the more [notorious mercenaries] the rewards will be greater.' You say, 'What mercenary captains?' Torm Wenrar says 'There are four mercenaries that have been promoted by the Kromzek to the position of mercenary captain. These captains command various units of mercenaries, usually those of their own race. The military prowess of the Kromzek, Kromrif, and their followers should not be underestimated. These individuals are very good at what they have been hired to achieve. There is a bounty available for the personalized mercenary brooches of Captain Glarg, Captain Ulmog, and Captain Mc'Hersh. Recover all three of the brooches and return them to me as proof of the captains deaths and I shall reward you from the treasure coffers of Skyshrine.' Glarg may be found in Wakening Lands along the eastern wall, Ulmog in Eastern Wastes at the prison camp, and Mc'Hersh inside Kael itself. Upon turning in the three brooches: Torm Wenrar says 'This is good news indeed for the dragon-kin of Skyshrine. Word will be passed to the rulers of Skyshrine of the assistance you have provided the Draconic Loyalist Fellowship. Captain Ulmog spawns in Eastern Wastes where Corbin Blackwell is held captive. There is a spot in the little cavern where 3 ogre mercenaries spawn. This captain will spawn in one of the 3 places. Ulmog is an Ogre.

Ive been cleaning out the Camp of three troll mercenaries at approx 1530, -3630 in wakening for a long time now I estimate 30-40 times now and I haven't gotten Glarg to spawn there, Can anyone confirm for me that im in the rite spot.
I can confirm he still pops there as of 10/10/03.. his spot was the back right one against the wall. The server had just come back up after a patch - perhaps he is only up then?
Uhh... They should really correct this page on the fact that the quest reads 1-65... They are all lvl 37 at least.

have the Merceneru Assignements , get them each time I kill a Mercenery in WL. You could turn these into the Sentry at the gates of SS till all the changes were made. Does anyone know if this quest is nerfed, if not who now get them ?????
I searched all over SS to see who gets the Assignments and I came to the conclusion that the quest is no longer active 8(
I asked the memebrs of my Gauild and our Alliance if they knew and all said you give them to the SEntry at the Gate to WL.
I will pop over and try again to see if the patches have made any differnce.

If you kill the Mercenaries (Not the Captains) and hand their broochies in 3 at a time you get the potion of Draconic Rage. I have been doing this for weeks just for faction.
My problem is that I have Captains Glarg and Ulmogs Broochies but I cant find McHersh.
Anyone know where he lives so I can go and ruin his day ??? 8)

McHersh lives inside Kael on the WL side, on the left as you enter zone up on the cliff.
Didn't this once give a potion of draconic rage? Sucky nerf, if you ask me. If they felt it was too easy to get the potions, they could have done their usual nerfing drop frequency or making the mobs stronger.

This quest was not nerfed, but rather this is a different one...you only need regular Mercenary Brooches (3) to turn into Torm Wenrar and get the Draconic Potion. The mercenaries can be found most readily in WL (all over) some in EW and Kael too but there are more in WL, even if there are more roaming mobs to deal with.
Good hunting, factioning. These potions are not very useful for my druid but the spell 'icon' looks pretty cool (as long as ya didnt change that part of your UI)
