Bandit teeth are teeth from bandits. Bandits drop them. I can personally verify that the Elven and Dwarven bandits in Greater Faydark and Butcherblock drop them. I have been told that the bandits in the Karanas do also. Which would make sense as this quest is based in Qeynos.

It's more of a silverish color with golden streaks.

Freakin' finally! I'm sure I'm not the only one who wasted an embarrassing amount of time looking for these before this patch.... I could have spent that time doing something more productive, like levelling or taking a nap.

Have you tried the Mangy Rats in Qeynos Sewers?

yeah i ment bat eyes sorry, I also ment i've tried the recipe with out any eyes, with only the fire beetle eye, only a giant wiskered bat eye you name it i've tried to use other eyes nothing.
