Figured I would have to hand in 8-12 to get the one spell I wanted (I got the others easily through auction previously).

She promises a rare scroll in return for the spells Theft of Thought, Color Slant, Cripple, or Dementia. The scroll you get in return is a random upper level Kunark spell. You say, 'Hail, Siladdarae N`Riese' Siladdarae N`Riese says 'Hello, _____. This place is quite a formidable outpost, but it lacks the comforts of home. Once I have finished collecting some of my [missing scrolls], I'll be able to leave this place and all its hidden dangers.' You say, 'What missing scrolls?' Siladdarae N`Riese says 'Travelers have been bringing back numerous scrolls from the depths of darkness in the Outlands. They contain arcane knowledge specific to our classes. Only four are left that I seek. Keep a wary out for Theft of Thoughts, Color Slant, Cripple, and Dementia. If you hunt in the current hot zones around the levels where you will be wanting these spells, you will pooch your faction with Venril Sathir. As such, be prepared to run a mule out here to do the spell turnins (they are not no drop)...or be prepared to grind faction.

went to OT to do turn ..for color slant - wake of tranquility... cripple - boon ... dementia -c2..and theft of thought- wake of tranquility , hope it help

BAH! Morden Rasp had 3 x Theft of Thought, 1 x Dementia... all for 2k... bastards.
Recently got two more theft of thought scrolls for 500 and 700pp, hopefully I get back my c2 scroll I sold for 3k : )
OK, with the bazaar open I bought 8 spells for around 20pp each. turned in 4 at a time. The first time I got 3 copies of Wake of tranquility and one copy of CII. Second set of 4 I got 2 Clarity II and 2 Boon of the Clear Mind. Now by now I already had those, but some friends don't have them yet, so I'm pretty stoked. Much easier if you can buy them at the bazaar than trying to kill umpteen thousand mobs to get 8 to drop.

During our rage camp this weekend, we had 4 ench spells drop of 50+ lvls, so Skyfire is also good place, just gotten have good group(s).
Some of us have no LUCK. I turned in two copies of Dementia, that I bought for about 30pp each, I figured if I found 2 copies already, I can probably find another before I hit level 54. This darned broad gives me two copies of the same TOTALLY WORTHLESS spell. Wake of Tranquility I wouldn't BUY this spell, why would I even want it as an item that you can only receive as a part of a quest. This makes no sense at all to give a less than worthless, but a dangerously Kill-Me-Now type spell as a reward. These spells should just be removed from the game. They do nothing by-design, why have them, and especially - Why give one as a reward? I am beyond upset after spending an Hour getting to this God-forsaken place and getting something so worthless, that it's hardly worth taking the time to sell to a vendor.

They've probably changed the Lull line of spells since your post. I've used Wake a couple hundred times - even in places like plane of storms. I can count on one hand the number of resists I've had that produced agro. Since it pacifies to level 61 - its an incredibly useful spell. Really great for getting by see-invis on way to kael arena.
I've read that charisma can affect resists on lull and mez. My charisma has been over 200 since I started using this spell, and is currently 225 with regular equipment.

Just so all my fellow enchanters know.You do NOT have to turn in all 4 of these at once if you do not wish to.You may just turn in one to get a random spell.Hope this helps!Much luck to you all!

My Enchanter is level 56.. turned in 2 spells and I got Clarity 2 (Again) and Boon of the Clear Mind (Again) I already had these spells.. so I gave them to a guildie..

You only need to turn in one spell to get another. Contrary to popular belief, it is completely random, however, I'm afraid. (Or, at least, the one in OT is now, not sure if it has always been that way.)
Seeing how I've got 2 levels till I can use Dementia, and I wanted Boon of the Clear Mind more, I hammered over to OT one day and turned in all 5 copies of my spell. Once, I was extremely lucky to get Clarity 2, and that one will remain safely locked in my bank until future uses. Also got a Wake of Tranquility I already had scribed and a few copies of Recant Magic.
*sighs* No group clarity for this chantress till she finds a few more spells she doesn't want as badly.

All Faction you get from this Quest is Good so do not worry about Getting Bad faction.. = ))
Also i have Found out a place where alot of high lv Ench spell Drop
Chardok OS SS and the Wurm Caves in GD is good to...
You dont have to be high to do this Quest
i Got most of the Spell of my Guild
i Got Several Spells off Her all of them where 55+ i never got any 50 - 54 ones = (( keke i need them the most

You can find many of the spells to turn in for random spells in Seb, Skyrine and other high level dungeons. It's not really random though, if you turn in dementia, you'll get boon of the clear mind. I forget what the other ones got me, but that's a start
