SK Noob Quest 1st off The Restless Skells in QH drop the Decaying bone parts , but at a slow rate and thay drop faster at night. However if you can the drop is faster at the undead camp near the wattor by N. Karana zone line in Western Karana from the Solder Skells.
While geathering these in QH keep your eys open for a giant King Snake youll need its skin for the weapon part of quest. and youll need the head of Grennet Stormhand, he can be found in N. Q by the QA zone by outter wall. It may help to get a ranger or druid that can trak to help you locate a Giant king snake in QH, if not,I found mine at the town cryer next to bank, so check shops.
Gray Wolves will drop all the pelts you need in QH.

Been killing restless skeletons for days on end, got all piece except for helm and vambraces. Going to try this undead camp in WK tonight. These 2 pieces seem to be the rarest

Hey someone help here. I looked and found nothing on "Decaying Humerus Bones" Do they drop and if so where? Someone help me out here.

anyone doing this quest i so hope you are ready to spend several hours just waiting at the NK and WK zone line where the undead spawn i have been here for over 5 hours and only have 1 stinking decayign humerous

Hiya..
Well i finaly completed my scourge night armor
the most parts i found near the undead camp at west karana killing few ghouls for xp and skell soldiers for the parts.
as for the decaying humerus .. that was hell
i finally found out that they get dropped by restelss skellies that are wandering the queynos hills..
it took me a total of 5 days to get it all..
few hours per day camping and searching for the restless skellies
good luck .. hope this helps.
fun part... killing putrid skellies makes your faction with bloodsabers in qeynos go down very fast.. i went from amiably to dont wanna have anything to do with me ...
so just beware..

I only ended up getting one Decayed humerous bone, not had one drop as of yet. Also, where do we get these pelts? Been killin wolves in QH and still nothing

The gray wolves in Qeynos Hills are capable of dropping ruined, low quality, medium quality and high quality pelts. I was able to get all the necessary pelts for all pieces of the armor only from these mobs - took a couple hours though, as they're stubborn about dropping medium and low quality.

I've been looking for weeks and not a single one has dropped in Qeynos Hills or Western Karana. If you see one please let us know what it dropped off of. As of 7/12/2002 I don't think they're in the game yet.

The restless skeletons in Qeynos Hills have dropped the decaying finger, foot, ulna, skull, tibia, humerous and sternum - the only bone I haven't seen yet is the ribcage, but the drop rate off these skeletons is frustratingly low.
Edit: Did manage to get a ribcage off the restless skeletons as well - also, after a couple hours of clearing the undead camp in Western Karana, I've found that the skeletal soldiers do drop all of the bones.

Have you actually seen a decaying humerus bone and gotten the vambraces? or are you just saying that bones drop at the undead camp in West Karana.

I just started the quest but I did get a Decayed Humerus bone off the skel in North Qeynos that spawns at night where Djerr Darkpaw is during the day. Hope this helps

All the bones drop in qeynos hills off of restless skeletons i am one humerus short of having full scourge knight armor (with the exception of my legs which i purchased something better for.
