Can anyone confirm what mobs now drop the Mark of Sorcery for this robe now? I have camped both mobs for days without a single one of them dropping it...
Yes it appears Sony has changed this mark to "No Drop " I know for a fact it was not Nodrop before cause I had done the quest useing a lvl 1 wiz after I had collected all of the items and my main not being a wizard and all.
I guess they dont want high lvl players farming the items for the only good TS quests worth while doing which is for the Wiz / Nerco / Mag / Chanter robes and the Cleric BP ...maybe a few other items but most of it sucks *** 8)

Dont Look like many come to this to Post anymore but Im looking for some Info could a 54 Wizard do the Powerfull Thought Leach In Mons Letalis???

I'm not sure if anybody else has noticed this, but the mark of sorcery is no drop. I looted it just the other day, and being my last piece needed, went straight to twilight sea and got my robe. The mark is definately no drop, not sure if this is a change or always was. Every other piece is droppable, though.

To answer your questions, yes the Gladiator and Powerful always spawn in the same places.
As you face Bedlavar's house from the front, the Gladiator will spawn just to the right of the ramp into the house. All you have to do is kill that spawn over and over until Gladiator spawns. Of course, that would be very boring, so kill everything else you can in between pops for +Katta factions and some VT.
Powerful Thought Leech always spawns in the left cave from MS, on the left side. Kill the Thought Leech immediately to the left inside that cave over and over until powerful spawns. Watch out for roamers coming up the tunnel.
Thanks for the info on spawning named Shadows. I spent about 40 hours there and never managed to figure out any kind of pattern at all. That is most helpful!

Ack that camp is taking me soo long!!!!
Must have seen almost all the named except the disgraced, used all the nice armour drops to twink a friends lvl 10 chanter - Darkedged Dagger is a nice item i got from here also.
Go on, farm the island and twink newbies with the loot :)

Nixoh, Please do not post stuff until you have actually tried to camp this spawn. The thing is more rare than anything I have ever camped in this game. Peqi in SH, AC in Sro, etc. If it was as easy as keeping the island clear for 3 hours, then I would be happy, but sadly it isnt. P

I stand corrected. Mark of SECRECY dropped from the bat. Doggone it......

I have the globe of power, mark of sorcery(which was bought) and the astral jewel(dropped off a mushroom in DS). The globe of power was an easy one just had to have an enchanter to control adds and alot of 50 toons to help but OMG I have camped that stupid disgraced forever. I do think that it is because we are unable to keep the island cleared so far i have seen frenzied, unholy, horrid, groaning, and other various named shadows but will the disgraced one ever pop? Anyhow logging on to ...you guessed it, camp the shadows ...Bah!

Disgraced was a major *****..but with a group there to keep it clear'd he'll show...there are bout 15 different name'd shadows..so roll a fatty and wait..and here is address of what robe looks like...www.geocities.com/mennayar2000

Im just wondering, what does the robe look like? In being a High Elf Im somewhat about looks and charisma (although i already look albino). Could someone post an address that shows how it looks? Thanks.

Disgraced Shadow is found on the shadow isle, i have killt there around 8 hours, many other named shadows comes before (Dark Shadow etc.). But my problem is the mark of sorcery, on SolRo Server i have noone found u want sell me, and have killed over 15 hours the coterie legionairs for the coterie gladiator at the camp near Katta enterance, have same tried with centurions but there never spawn named vamps. Is it rught with the first camp on left side if u leave katta ?

What is with these quests? The robe seems nice, but why bother doing a 20 hour camp for each item. Has anyone ever seen a disgraced shadow? I sure havent. Hope you have better luck than I am having. One more drop to go for the robe.

Go to the shadow island. Clear it. Repeat. Should be much less than 20 hours if you pretty much keep the island cleared. I would expect less than 3.

You may have been lucky, but in my case I camped the island for 6 days, averaging 6 hours per night, some longer. A lot of friends got the lore weapons from me.
Anyways, the named shadow finally spawned for me, killed it, and I never wanna see Twilight Sea AGAIN! Lol.
Word of advice... be prepared for a long camp. Luck only helps so far...

where does the asteral jewel drop?
Off pretty much any lvl 30+ Luclin mob. I can't remember if they drop outside the zones that all the other items drop in, but I would look in the following:
Mons Latlis(sp?)
Dawnshroud Peaks
Tenebrous Mountains
Twilight Sea
Scarlet Desert

His location is just south of the Katta entrance. -1500 -1300 on a very tiny island near the south shore.

globe of power drops off a powerful thought leech in mons letalis. the leeches are in the tunnels to the left of marus zone.
Mark of sorcery drops in tenebrous off coterie gladiator. This must be common, had no trouble buying this in tenebrous.
stats are: 15ac +3str +5dex +8int +10hps +20mana +2fr/cr/mr weighs 3.5lbs
Has a dark red color.
