If you want other druid armor you'll have to talk to Edgar. You say, 'What about the boots?' Any rare components to this quest? If so which one and whats a common thing to kill to get it?

I was told that the Mark of Weather drops off the weathered spire spirit in Mons Letalis. If this is so, then this quest is retarded as +3 wis boots are not worth trying to kill something that should be killed with a group of 50+. I have the other two quest items...if you know of any other mobs that drop the mark, I would love to know.

A Weathered Spire Spirit was an easy kill. He conned light blue to my 51 Druid.

I've had the following all drop off of Dire Sonic Wolves (32-36) in Tenebrous Mountains.

I also had the etched Star Ruby drop off a natural cheetah in Scarlet. Only thing I am not able to find at this point is the mark of weather thinking maybe it drops off the weathered stonegrabbers in Marus Seru but no luck yet.

I also had the Etched Star Ruby of Nature drop off of "a natural cheetah" in Scarlet Desert. Light blue con to a level 52.

Just thought I would try to inform some peeps about an item for this quest. Had a Sun Jewel drop off of a fungus mushroom in Dawnshroud Peaks. It identifies as a....you guessed it.... Sun Jewel.
BTW these little buggers are AWESOME xp for 31-33. They were giving me about 3/4 to 1 blue solo =) Kinda downhill after about 33 though... =( Just watch out for that first patch on the left when you come out of Netherbain Lair. The ones past that by the pond were ALWAYS blue to me (some were a wht con at 31 though)

I can second this person's information, as someone trained a buncha those darn shrooms though my rockhopper camp this morning. One of the shrooms I killed had the sun jewel on it, although the shroom didn't have any special adjective in front of it like most seem to.
