I found this on another site,I have not verified it yet but its worth a shot. I quote:
"Mon letalis drops many twilight armor quest items (for guildies and twinks) and the shiknar defender drops the crystalized dew for the blessed knights mask quest (AC8 with bunch of stats)."
ML can get hairy if ya pull a Stonegrabber tho and watchout for all them canyons.

Did anyone ever discover the location and MoB that drops the crystallized dew? I would really like to finish the suit of armor.
