This raid is given from Watcher Devin in Western Wastes. He can be found at /loc -2295, 431, -165 down near the Dragon Necropolis zone in.

You say, 'Hail, Watcher Devin'
Watcher Devin says, 'Hail, High Elf. Good to see some heroes here to help. Scots and I have been asked to keep watch over this portal. Not that we could really do much should one of those dragons decide to push us out. Maybe with you and your friends here to help things might get a little safer. I believe Scots has a very important task that need to be done. But if you [have time], there are some other dangers around here that could use your special skills.'
You say, 'have time'
Watcher Devin says, 'Aye, good. There are some dragons that appear to be very riled up. They seem to be led by Klandicar, and that one is dangerous. We haven't really been able to investigate what is going on, but we would really like to know. If they are gathering an army, we would be grateful if you could... [dissuade] them from becoming aggressive.'
You say, 'dissuade'
Watcher Devin says, 'That is good of you. I do, however, must warn you. Tantor has been wandering about up there someplace. You will undoubtedly run into it. If you should happen to drive it away on your way to the dragons, we would be grateful. I would suggest a [large] force if you want to survive these encounters.'
You say, 'large'
Watcher Devin says, 'Good, good. This is a time for all of us to work together until this madness is gone. I can assist you getting out of the scar past the dragons safely when you are [ready].'
You say, 'ready'
Watcher Devin says, 'May Brell smile upon you.'

Klandicar is is in the cave at the first intersection. There are barriers to the left and right. Players that run into a barrier will be banished to the cave entrance. On the right, past the barrier, are a number (10, I think) of smaller Dragons and Dragon eggs.

Klandicar has several emotes to follow. One includes a silence, to you want healers posted on the opposite wall from melee.

As you fight Klandicar, several waves of adds also appear.

They are:

-Drakes (they come down from the top of the cave). Kill them. (There are between 3 and 4 of these waves, can't recall how many).

-4 of the small Dragons in the egg room will spawn and attack. 4 tanks need to face them into a cave wall and off tank them (disc and heal, they hit hard), while others continue with Klandicar. After a point, the 4 Dragons will de-aggro, walk to Klandicar and then back to the egg room.

- A Giant and 2 dwarves. You can kill them, but it may be best to avoid them so they can go through the barrier, crack an egg and then you deal with the Drake(s) instead. (There is at least one of these waves, maybe 2?)

-At about 30% the other (6?) Dragons will attack from the Egg room. 6 Tanks use the same tactic (face them into a cave wall, off tank them), while everyone else burns Klandicar.

Chest spawns with loot upon win.

(We need all dialogue, steps, instance zone name, and anything else we're missing.)

The guardians of Klandicar (drakes) add at different health intervals. None after 30 percent. There are two each time. The two dwarves and the giant we kill when they aggro. This only happens once (80 percent, maybe). A word of warning - if you kill Klandicar too much while killing the dwarves and giant, you can get another set of guardians. We have tanks assigned to each dwarf and the giant, but they need to be tanked near the entrance tunnel and away from the egg cavern. They are undead. Occasionally, they deaggro and start walking toward the eggs. If you tank them far enough away, they reaggro without going into the cave and cracking eggs. Also, you have egg tenders that spawn and try to get to the eggs. We mez them for the duration. I don't recall us ever being able to kill them. For the first set of four dragons that add, we assigned one tank with deflection to pull all four over near the wall where they exit the egg cavern. That tank is then massively healed while holding all four adds until they decide to leave. We used to have four tanks do it, so either way is fine. At 30 percent, we did a massive burn to 5. If the burn is high enough, you will finish before the 7 add dragons come from the egg cavern. If not, you should have tanks ready to ae taunt and keep the adds from the dps. One more thing - the damage emotes and the silencing. At some points, the boss will start emoting the number of direct damage spells, or damage procs, or spell damage arrow attacks, that trigger an ae silence. Have your dps in one part of the cave while the healers in another area to avoid this silencing. We tried to have casters stop so the countdown never reached 0, but we were never able to do it, really. The ae will hit the area near the one doing the final damage spell. I think if you never reach 0, the countdown goes away after a few seconds and will start over later. Can't recall how long for sure. Having your healers away from the silence is paramount to winning, obviously. So, separate the dps from healers, burn adds and watch boss health to avoid multiple sets, have tanks (or tank) ready for the four add dragons from egg room and the 7 near the end of the fight, and mez the egg tenders. Good luck!

Klandicar is, technically, the 2nd target in the WW raid, with Tantor being the first.

Some generic info off top of my head.... (don't count on it being 100% accurate)...
