Qarrgy Scallopgobbler says 'I will craft an emerald dragonscale tunic for emerald dragon scales, ulthork tusks, and an unstained fine plate breastplate.' Emerald Dragon Scales drop from Wuoshi in the Wakening Land. Ulthork Tusks drop from various ulthorks in Siren's Grotto and Eastern Wastes. The unstained Fine Plate Breastplate is crafted. if you look at www.eqraid.org, they killed Wuoshi and he dropped 3 emerald dragon scales. (guess he's a green dragon)
All i can say is damn, someone got real lucky.

This is an amazing piece for any wisdom caster.
Sadly though, you have to ruin your faction with the dragons to obtain it. I personally am going to keep dragon faction. I can only imagine the amazing quests the Goddess Veeshan will give to us when we are able to talk to her face to face. I am looking forward to that day. Hopefully all the keys will be questable. If they're not, then it will be time to hit the message boards on the official site.

Bah, just kill a whole bunch of Frost Giants to fix Dragon faction. I say this tunic is well worth at least one hit to your dragon faction.

Your incorrect, "they" stated that you would never meet veeshan, she is larger than the planet, so she couldn't be drawn into a zone. If you were to talk to her, it would have to be through the avatar of air, if one exists.

i thought that planes were outside the physical limits of the planet. that's the way they have always been in all stories and cults. therefore you could have something that is larger than the solar system, or the universe for that matter, the size of an atom. planes are different levels of existance. physics have no meaning in different planes. but it is a game after all.

i know info on velious is still sketchy... but what emerald dragon in wakening lands? ghad i hope that doesn't mean woushi (or however you spell it)... anyone seen any "emerald dragons" there? or know where to get the scales?
Why would you think an item this good would come from anything less than an encounter with Wuoshi? I haven't seen any dragon type creatures besides those that look like skyfire chromadracs so I assume it does come from Wuoshi.

From what I hear, they also drop off of Feydedar and his Velious clone, Kelok'Der(sp?). I could be wrong though.

We killed Woushi, he dropped us 3 emerald Dragon scales, and yes i love my tunic!!

I just got one of these BPs the other day from another player in my guild...I know you need an emerald dragon scale (Wuoshi drops them) and some other stuff for the quest. And no, it does not ruin your CoV faction...we are dragon allies and it took us around 10 giants killed in Kael to re-max the faction we lost killing Wuoshi, hardly a problem.
