This group task is the second in a series of five (following "Find Fibblebrap 1: The Mines") and begins with Bellfast who is located in the southeastern part of Corathus Creep (vicinity of -710, +255).

You say, 'Hail, Bellfast'

Bellfast places the gem back into his mouth. 'There must be something more.' As Bellfast sees images invade his mind he vaguely makes out two drachnids guarding some type of hidden entrance to what appears to be a cave or a lair. 'The . . . the Hive?' Bellfast asks. 'What would the drachnid's want with Fibblebrap?! Please, _____, there must be another piece of poor Fibblebrap out there somewhere. Will you [help] me [search] for it?'

You say, 'I'll help you search for it'

Note: There are multiple versions of this task, depending on your group's average level. The only differences are the levels/difficulty of mobs and the quality of loot.

Search for the hidden lair that Bellfast envisioned 0/1 (The Hive)

On zoning into the non-instanced Hive, your compass will point your way to the instance. It's the same instance as in "Lost Gnomes" and, due to the risk of see-invis mobs, many find it easiest to proceed there via the Living Bridges and up through the 3rd hive.

The mobs almost exclusively see invisible, have quite a large aggro range, do not summon, and do not respawn.

Search for Fibblebrap's Fibblebrap Fragment 0/1 (Living Larder)

Clear your way to the northwestern cavern in the instance, where you will find Foreman Zlixtil.

Foreman Zlixtil says 'I have heard great tales of the adventurers from above who have come to search for lost riches, power... And now here you are. If only you fools understood the power, the strength, behind which drives the life force of our kind.'

Defeat Foreman Zlixtil 0/1 (Living Larder)

Foreman Zlixtil says 'I take it I have something you want. If it were anyone else I wouldn't be so presumptuous as to say the gem. That gleam in your eye, perhaps. I've seen it once before.' as he grasps the gem tightly between his fangs.

Foreman Zlixtil says 'As I strike you down with my governing hand of death, you will only bring me that much closer to unlocking the elusive power behind the Fibblebrap gems.'

Foreman Zlixtil hits for a max ~1,100 and flurries.

Foreman Zlixtil quivers as cocooned spirits begin to unearth themselves in search of vengeance.

At this point the walls start shaking.

Foreman Zlixtil's corpse has the fear of death frozen in its countenance.

The fragment (as well as task loot) is in the chest which spawns in the northwest room after the Foreman's death.

I've done this one 3 times and it's a long mission. Failed 1 and succeeded 2 times.

1) The respawn is very slow (or none at all) so if you wipe you can run back and pick up where you left off. Its a pain but its better than starting over.

2) You can enter the room where the named is. If you get near him it will trigger the script and he will become active but he wont aggro immediately. However if you aggro him at this point he will attack. I simply pulled the room without aggroing him until it was mostly clear. Then the rest of the group moved into room at the base of the entrance. Then I pulled him.

BTW I believe he's tethered so you can't pull him out of the room far. So just fight him at the entrance to the room at the base of the tunnel entrance.

3) When he runs off just let him run. Dont follow. Med, buff, then fight and clear to the southern zone out.

4) Like the previous post says, you can lev down with invis to save a bunch of time. Everyone needs to lev down at the same time. This is important. Someone will get aggro and all 6 ppl need to be ready to fight. If you go 1-by-1 you will die 1-by-1.

Due to time constraints and agro/assist ranges and horrible pathing, this is one of the most difficult DoD missions I've done, or rather almost done.

I've completed the 68, 69 and 70 spell lines, Fibblebrap 1 and 2, Longshadow 1, 2, 4, and 5, and Korlach 4.

In this mission you need to clear to the north west room where the named is. Kill the trash in his room without entering it and setting the script off. DPS him down to 10% or so and he runs to the south west room and zones into the next instance.

Kill top the door or da run and zone into it. He says some text at th zone in and then runs to the bottom of the instance. Do not enage him at the zone in, as his HP won't move.

At this point you can either kill down the path takign care to greatly avoid the alcoves, as the spiders have huge assist ranges, or you can levitate down to a lower part of the path and try to take on 4 to 5 spiders that wander any given part of the path.

I have yet to succeed here, it's dificult to rez/recover a group in this instance, and then you have to run all the way back through the hive.

The zone out in the bottom puts you at the first instance zone in, which has a wanderer.
