As he no longer looks like Velketor(sp?). Standard giant plate look now, no longer looks like the caster, although his 1hb is still visible when he has it..

Does this sorceror still drop the royal kromrif blood? it sells for 6-9k on cazic.

I'm in era on Yelinak TLP. Popping between Kael picks. I've killed 15 a Kromzek sorceror. No blood. I'll update if it drops. If not, then it's safe to assume I hadn't got it to drop. Only one sorceror pops per pick. Seems to be on normal respawn.
**edit** I ended up looting it from plate cylce. Good luck. Not able to confirm it drops from this mob.

He is in the number nine building on the Eqatlas map. I can find him I just can not get him to drop the tomb for the quest. He did drop a Silvery mask which is kinda cool because it helped me identify the tombs I did have. But no tomb.

You can find him near the bank in the building labeled #9 on the EQ Atlas map of Kael.

nah, wasn't hard to get to, he's in the bank area of kael, in the first building on the right ( i think) when you are traveling from the WL side of kael
