Sat at the Poachers camp for about eighteen hours before I got all four of the named Poachers. Vaurien Sticklebush and Elishia Blackguard seemed to spawn the most frequently. seemed to be about a two and a half hour spawn timer on the named Poachers.

I killed poachers for about an hour. Shortly after clearing the entire camp she spawned at the campfire. Appeared to be a timed spawn since camp was cleared from full spawn and then she popped a little after.
I came to the zone looking to knock named mobs off the Hunter of Jaggedpine Forest achievement. Saw this mob up on my druids track and ran over to her. She was fighting "a greenwood grizzly". While fighting that mob a "A timber griffawn" attacked her. I killed the "A timber griffawn" By the time she killed the "a greenwood grizzly" she was down to 48% health.
I should have followed her and waited till her health went up to 100%. Instead i killed her when she had either 49% or 50% health. Of course her corpse disappeared and i wasn't given credit for killing her. I had a feeling that would happen so it wasn't a big deal as i also didn't have a single kill on the hunter list for this zone.
So if you decide to camp her keep in mind she could get killed by other npcs which of course makes her much harder to find.

Aye, I just killed her out of necessity today and got it to drop. Not sure how rare it might be.
