does this dood spawn near the wizzy spires? and what level wizzy spell is needed to get there?
Tox can be found near Tae Ew Bloodfiend, from maze entrance take 1st right, 2nd left, then left again (if you don't turn left you get to Bloodfiend camp). Among his PHs are A Jungle Hunter and A Large Hunter (which sees through invis).

Could a lvl 61 SK and a 61 druid and a 63 rogue and a 64 rogue, and a 50 ranger kill this dude?
When list of group has no slower, everything is risky.
if sk doesnt suck and Druid chain CH, I guess yes.

Anyone have an exact location on the spawn of this guy...we've been fighting in there weekly and have yet to see him spawn once...we even got 2 of the wizard increased damage 3 hats but not one of these mobs.

I was in CT not so long ago, spawned twice for us in less than an hour... dropped axe both times, guess it drops everytime...
