Found her standing around 2600, 1500 when I went for turn in. Found her to start the quest walking the path to Kaladim from docks around that guard house closest to Kaladim.

She showed as level 47 today on the rathe.

Found her on the next hill North from the ring of stones previously discussed (Darm & Ganbar Dundam), static at roughly location +2800, +1400, clearly visible just slightly up the hill beside a tree.

Also forgot to mention - as previously discussed, Walnan does not have a pet, so do not bother trying to use sense summoned, and was up when I went to look for her. I brought along a ranger, and had his tracking list sorted by spawn time - she was mid way down through the zone spawns, so also presumably does not have a PH or at least does not despawn until someone turns in their pieces.

I did the hand in of the 4 "Power of" today. 2-27-2015
She was not at her spawn point when I found her. When I did the turn in she did disappear, but reappeared at her spawn point within a second or so.
I used a bard's Song of the HighSun to send Walnan to her spawn point after finding her on track.

North West Corner of the zone. (top left)
In the Grey rock wall area (the rest of the area is Green grass wall)

Found Walnan at 1891.08,1856.72, 119.30 on December 26, 2013
She was half way up a hill (just north of the docks) where the dwarves Ganbar and Darm Dundam are standing near big Rocks/Runes.

As of today on The Rathe she was at 2948, 1551 had to track her with a ranger.
Had to get a Ranger to track her as once we found her with one of the mages he followed her to see where she was going to go. As listed in other posts she walked from Kaladim to the 2nd guard house and then turned and headed North .. then in a blink of an eye she vanished from sight but was still targeted. Ranger found her at the top of a mountain range at +3053.51, +1636.27, +264.94 (directly North of the 2nd guard house) not far from where she repeatedly insta-spawned for the remaining Mage's.
Ok we had 5 Mages ready for turn in .. since she poofs when turn in is done we thought maybe if all 5 have done the dialog and put everything in the trade window for her, maybe she would hang around for the others to turn in. Nope it did not happen .. first turn in she vanished but, insta spawned at +3104.18, +2421.72, 34.27 (just NNW of where we found her on the ridge top). Since she poofed on turn in thought maybe she would respawn at various locations but that was not the case. The remaining 4 Mage's did their turn-in's one at a time .. she vanished for about a second and re-popped right in the same spot. Was odd though .. one time her Robe changed colors, and once she appeared with Silk leggings and a Plate BP. So +3104.18, +2421.72, 34.27 seems like her Spawn point.

Confirming for new ppl to the quest...
Found Walnan towards the 4 head stones, near to the dock. She was static spawn, not moving, 10am game time.

Found Walnan today walking N of headstones @6PM.
Location @ 6PM game time. Stagnant.

I found her at 9 PM (game time) at loc 2701, 1642 after alot of searching along the way and up and down the hills =/ She was on flat land, and stationary; I recommend just combing the entire upper portion of the map, from the PoK book and up, for her unless you brought a tracker.

I just followed Walnan to see where she wandered, as I spotted her heading along the path leading from the harbour towards Kaladim. At 4am game time, she stopped for about 30 seconds at 2726.29, -633.88, 6.74 just southeast of the Kaladim gates.

Searched all around for an hour or so. Logged for a bit (maybe another hour). When I logged back in she was standing at 1788, 1903, 70 (a little up on the hill by the four headstones).
Depopped after the hand-in. I'm certain she wasn't there earlier, so she must have spawned or wandered there while I was logged out.

She definitely can stray off the path! I just tracked her down for the missus near the NW corner of the zone at 2892, 1771. She was also static (not wandering) at the time.

I tracked Walnan with my druid. I do not know if there is a bug,
but Walnan can be tracked but is not visible. After a certain period
she appears in the area where she shows on track. She spawned
at 11 pm game time for me.

She's on the hill north of 2nd Guard house. If facing the dwarfs reading the headstones, she's a little bit over halfways up the hill on the left. She also wasn't moving although I didn't wait for her to do so. loc is 1932, 1771, 118. Just wait for her there. She will pop, no tracker needed. Don't waste your time following her or tracking her down. JUST wait for her at the loc. Happy Hunting!

12/15/06 Found walnan at 2326.1617.147 on a hill near some headstons. She stayed long enough for me to hail her and turn in then POOF. Good Luck!
As of today, those directions were perfect...1932 1771 on the hill...you have to go up a bit, but she ws there. Handed in all four powers and got the return Power of Elements, then she despawned. Thanks Dem)
as of 07/10/06 this spot still worked.

Handed in the items, she acknowledged receipt, but forgot to give me the Power of the Elements. Or so I thought. The scroll she gave me got auto-inventoried...

Dec 31, 04 ... found here exactly where Demchuk said she was. Just standing on the side of the hill, no pet. Hailed her but got no response. Gave her the 4 powers, received the Power of the Elements. She immediately despawned.
