I came by this guy with my level 10 Stoutdeacon, he was only level 10 like me. Undercons pretty good hits for 38 with 300ac. He is farely easy to kill.

If I'm correct this is an item needed for the Stoutdeacon weapon. A new set of quests for Clerics in Rivervale.
