The Flowery Cheetah did indeed drop many items, and was not all that hard, maybe in the level 30 range, certainly not as hard as other regular scarlet cheetah in the area. It dropped:

Rubby Studded medal
Star Ruby studded Medal

This Flowery Cheetah droped 7 or 8 items.
The only mobs I have ever seen drop this many Items are Raid Mobs.
I will try and post back if i can get them down loaded.
However, 4 items looked like wizard Runes, 2 looked like staffs, there was a bag that didnt open and the flower.
I have no Idea what they are for. Just trying to contribute to the data base.
Blue to me at 40th. easy kill for a ranger. with vet aa and good gear.

I saw it near the alien camp close to ts zoneline,i killed him and it droms the blossem
