The prices here are wrong... didn't notice until after I gated out, but the lesser familiar spell only cost me 11 platinum, not the 26 platinum it states here

If you have a log listing the minimum prices (i.e., maxed charisma and faction standing), please send the relevant portion to eqteam@allakhazam.com and we'll update the listing here.
13p 9g 9s 9c with 70 charisma and apprehensive faction. i'm guessing full charisma would put it closer to 11 plat.

The Z tells you what floor he is on. Z makes the differance from the basment or the penthouse. Not a big differance, but can save a min. or two.

I dont know where any of those places are or where he is so if you might be able to help me can you?
He is indeed at 1375, -550. Head east almost as far as you can go when you enter the Shadowhaven zone, then go north thru a short tunnel,cross a bridged pit and you'll be in the library proper. Take stairs up to the right and he is located in the east wing of the library in the back row of books. Currently has every spell listed and O'Keils Ember is approximately 5pp,4gp depending on your faction and Cha.

Ive been looking for the spell 2 days on the same guy he doesnt have it whats up with that?

Think you missed the middle number
the cords are a planes cord as in (x,y,z) X being east and west and X being north and south. Z being what direction you are currently looking up or down. so the last number Z means is not important.
I know this post is a few years old, but it is misinformed. X and Y are east/west and North/South respectively, but Z is your vertical location in the world, and has nothing to do with where you are looking. Higher Z numbers are higher up, meaning that if you are at the right X,Y but not within a few points of the Z, you're probably on the wrong level of the place.
