I have hunted and hunted and hunted and killed every stinking snake I've seen and still no tree snake. Can anyone give a loc for these or maybe what the PH is?
On a side note, anyone think its Ironic that baby BST get cure disease but not cure poison even though they are required to farm poisonous snakes? Just something to think about. =)

I was level 5, and it conned green to me. So I thought, Why not fight it? Guess what? Used shock of fire on Mr tree snake, and kept doing it, hitting him for at least 12. Needless to say, he got the better of me in the end. I was poisioned, and died! Wonder if it was a bug, conning green to me...

Oops last message on accident.... But anyway these things are great exp for my lvl 5 shadowknight! they hit pretty hard and have posion but after the battle just sit and use hide to heel and let the posion go away! but their great exp!

I think there are some of these that are a little higher than the suggested level range. It's been quite a while since I played my Dark Elf Necromancer, but I do remember well that these things always killed off my pet and gave me a good fight afterward. Even if it is very rare, I wouldn't be surprised to find out that there are some which are up to level 8.
I would agree that you might want to find something else to kill; like mooooore skeletons. ;)

Unless you are:
A) A pet using caster,
-or-
B) Confident you can kill it quickly,
-or-
C) Have a cure poison spell.
then these guys are not worth taking on. They drop rotten loot, are worth marginal experience, and can eat half your life bar _after they are dead_. Moral: find something else to kill.

I was level 5 and he conned blue, so he is about lvl 4-6 or 7

I am level 9 now and they con blue to me. this couldd be new.

These guys can poison you with Weak Poison. Usually not bad unless you are are 2 bubles of health or lower.
