Talk about eating your words. Since the advent of the stat descripitions on the character creation screen, SOE has said that charisma DOES effect mez and other spells.

These are not mezable. You have to Tank Mez them.

Didn't get immune message, but got 4 resists as 56enchanter with 232cha using boltrans

59 enchanter (me), tried dazzle, GoK, and rapture. None of these worked. I never tried to charm, but I would only guess that Dictate would work. AE stuns did work.
