Was messing around in HS, noticed him up so I can confirm he still pops on FV. He dropped the neckless for me.
Was messing around in here and the Lord Undertaker spawned. First time I ever seen him. He dropped Necklace of Superiority . So yes this guy still spawns.

Cond even to a lvl 56 Today
Senn him up at pos140, neg420, East Wing. It is the last room before Drusella, with a non-trapped carpet on the floor and a sort of balcony up all around the room. He was a fixed spawn at that location, hope that helps.
Didn't kill it though, so couldn't tell whether or not he still drops NoS.

months of farming this place and NEVER seen this guy pop. i believe he has been taken out of game allong with all his drops, fyi kylong armor drops off of anything in the zone.

On 1-30-04 after server reset saw him up on Track.
12/21/3 just dropped Necklace of Superiority...something which I thought had been taken out of game...

Level 65 Dragon how drops SS BP, Cobalt BP, Tolans Darkwood BP, ECT ECT and amazing spells including Disinegrate! So this guy isnt the boss of this zone as all!

Isn't Drusella the boss? She drops ok stuff, and has an alt way of doing Ranger/Druid epics, but other than that, the loot is "ok". This is one reasons people dont go to this zone all that much. The key is a pain in the *** to get too. I hear there is nice XP here, but I'd sooner go to the hole with its 25 percent xp bonus.
