where in paludal caverns are these located? because I need to make the potions but I don't want to wander too far in and get attacked by phlerg fiends.

Go through Shar Vahl to Hollowshade Moore, run along the zone wall to the right and you'll come to a tunnel that leads into PC. The area is full of muck diggers and grime tunnelers, enjoy.
Near shadeweaver; hug the right wall until you run into some of these when you exit shadowhaven.

What are the various hearts, no drop, used for?

The shaman cloak quest in Shar Vahl uses these, need 2 of em to make a tonic, and 4 tonics to turn in for the upgraded Class cloak.
What is the Name off this cloak - I cannot find the quest on this website and all the cloaks usable by shammy's do not list the quest.

My Vah Shir shaman has been hunting these for the potion quest. They are 8-11, as they always conned blue or white while I was 10, and one has conned white now that I am 11. Never any higher.

These conned blue consistently to my lvl 12 Vah Shir Beastlord. I think they are more 9-11, not sure, but definitely not lvl 15.
I agree with post. I have a level 9 Shaman and my wife has a level 10 BL I have had 1 con blue but most were even to me or even to my wife. So I have definently seen one level 8 and seen many that were 9 and 10:)
