Just killed him...he dropped robe of the evoker. It is total crap, so i am hopeing it is part of a quest as well. It is ac6, and thats all. At lvl 54 I resisted most of his spells...I smacked him and his 2 girls around good.

Where is this guy in Everfrost?

Hi,
I just talked to this guy the other day. He's at +3033, -2393 approx. Just get out into the main area of Everfrost and go to the north wall.
Also, I note that his bracketed text is broken. You have to say "Tarton Wheel" without the apostrophe and S for him to give you the rest of the Quest.

Warning, if you are a race that doesn't get along with barbarians beware. Tundra Jack and his pet wander this area and will start killing you if you are in their way.

Been looking for him, everytime I am there I cant find him, might just have to do this quest with my shaman to get the identify item, and hopefully kill Jack too. Good luck everyone.
