After three successive attempts at spawning Proon, I do not think he pops any longer - at least not on the Nameless. Broon and Droon appears as normal, but their daddy just won't show.

I'm a gimp 34 druid and can snare kite him: takes all my mana (1500 mana pool), no mana regen, and all I do is keep two dots on him and run ahead sitting every five seconds to catch a full sitting mana regen benefit. Rinse and repeat. I get a full blue of exp off this guy. Takes about 7 or 8 minutes. =)

If I get absolutely bored out of my mind while farming silks or picking on hill giants and I see Proon up on track, I'll usually go after him. I'll stack drifting death with some other dots, and tonight I had to put drifting death on him about four times. He cons dark blue to me, at level 48.

It's easy to find Broon and Droon in EK. On rare occasions you may find them wandering around the zone, but 90% of the time they spawn and stay in the same spot, in the river near the druid circle.
After braining the hell out of Broon and Droon, I waited for the alleged granddaddy of them all Proon...and waited...and waited...
But no show! He showed up before when I was level 25 and 3 of us beat him up (27 druid and a 27 wizard), but now he's not around? Where is he?
Could it be that fears being beaten with Kung Fu? Or is it he remembers me and is a little wiser than his progeny? :o)

I just soloed him with my 30 bard.
It was all charm.
The level 30 rogue for the JP quest had just been killed by a HG.
The HG was down some 15%.
I charmed the HG down to 2%.
As the HG slowly walked away at this point, I made passes by the HG with chords and discord.
I got the HG exp and crappy cash loot.
I then proceeded to spend the next 30 minutes charming 3 of the EK village guards.
The guards were landing some hits on Proon for 110.
It was tough landing charms. Sometimes I would have 10 resists or so in a row. Sometimes the charm would last 5 seconds.
Eventually the last guard died just as Proon was about to go into run status.
I started to finish him off with some dots and melee until along comes little Broon on the path to aggro.
I took the opportunity to make little Broon beat up on ol' dad to finish him off.
Twas a fun fight on my first time doing such a thing on a bard.
(unfortunately Squire Wimbley had to die a couple times from assisting :p....can you believe he actually heals monsters??!! He was healing stuff like griffons and other things I had been attacking with other charmed mobs, namely Sir Morgan :p. Alright I had too much fun and made a cat fight out of two female guards heh. Meeooww. Killed one with the other. Went from apprehensive to dubious. Time to slay bandits)

I killed Proon today with my 34 Shammy. Thank god for SOW. I was down to 0% mana about 8 times but would run ahead and canni enough up to get off a scourge, then just kited him around East Karana. Took forever but was fun to see him drop. I didnt think he was the level he is (I thought I was fighting Broon or the other one...doh).

dropped him today im a lvl 49 ranger .i snared him rooted him and kept casting immolate and swarm and root again and again . hit him with both dots about 10 times and kept plinkin him with arrows whent oom he was at 40 percent health went in and meled him . maxs for 120 average hit is 60 to 70 . took over 10 min. had 3p.

I am a bard and I killed this guy twice when I was lvl 39 and 43.
Con red to me at lvl 39 and dark blue to lvl 43.
I chant kite him and it took me about 10 minutes to take him down. He hit very hard at 120 hp each time. It was lucky he seldom caught me up.
Not much Exp got.

Holy crap no wonder he was such a ***** to kill.
Took me about 30mins and 20 or so boil bloods to kill him. Good thing I had SoW and KEI on.

Dropped him today for revenge. He was blue at 44 and had around 6300 hp! He droppped only 3pp.

My brother and I just killed Proon and he was red to me. I am a level 39 druid and my brother was a level 35 pally. Took us a long time and not much xp. I gained only 1/2 a blue bubble for killing proon. Not to good and only 2pp on him.

Yes he was yellow to me at 41 and now at 44 he is blue took 9 drifting death dots at 660 pop bring this bad buy down.

Can be as low as 42, conned even to me at that lvl.
